little things i do that just make sense (to me): part 1

ohhhhh myyyyy goodness!! it's bri and i came up with this idea so yea....

flappy hands! - i only really do this when i'm excited and/or happy

biting stuff! - i bite a lot of stuff

rubbing knees/elbows! - this is so useful especially when i'm worked up, i rub my knees or elbows to relax.

counting by 2's! - when i'm upset or angry i find something to count by 2's with! for example, if i'm in the car, i'll count the yellow lines on the road or count how many cars i see.

(also i'll talk kolby into posting a bit more than i do mwahahahaha >:))

appreciation sunday!💙

good morning, or afternoon, or evening, or night! it's bri, and i wanted to do appreciation sunday on here!! what is appreciation sunday? - appreciation sunday is something i kinda made up (i dont know anybody else who's done it), and it's every sunday. on appreciation sunday, i dedicate the entire day to showing and telling people close to me that i appreciate them! what can i do for appreciation sunday? - there's no limit to what you can do for appreciation sunday. you can give cards, make things, or just send a text!! my favorite way to show my family how much i appreciate them is by doing chores, helping cook, clean,and help in general! for friends, i'll send a text or call and tell them! who can participate in appreciation day? - anyone! so, happy appreciation sunday, from me to you!

ideas for a little bag!!🫶

hey everyone! its bri, and i just wanted to give some ideas for a littlespace bag. i have 2, one is for school and another one is for when i go out in public, like a backpack. here's what i have in mine: - candies! small ones, like smarties, lollipops, etc etc. - my little journal! i usually bring stickers and crayons for it too, but if you don't have a little journal you can use coloring books! - toys! like small plushies, fidget toys work too! - snacks! i always have snacks, personally since i eat a lot of swedish fish i have them on deck 24/7 - perfume! you never know when something's gonna smell bad.... - lady items! whenever i get my ., i make sure to pack what i need for it too. better to be safe than sorry! - bandaids! i ONLY use the ones with cartoons. that's it! you can always put your own stuff in it, personalize it to make it your own! also if it gets lost, kinda sorta make sure to have a phone number or something on it so whoever finds it can return it!
