it’s not discussed enough that everyone leaves azula except for ozai. zuko leaves due to his banishment, ursa leaves, even iroh. not to mention ty-lee joins the circus and mai goes to omashu. she literally has no one left but ozai. so it’s not wonder why her loyalty to her father is unwavering when he is the only one that ‘stays’.
