But we know that in many cultures and countries, including Korea, mental health is a taboo topic. Namjoon just casually mentioning he’s got a therapist might not be something you or me are shocked about, but I can guarantee you many k-ARMYs were. I don’t think you are even aware of the impact this mention had, but I’ve seen so many of our lovely k-diamonds feeling less ashamed and alone for having their own personal struggles.
