T.N: Big Hit said the song ‘Inner Child’ by V is about Taehyung writing to his younger self and reflecting on his past struggles, while comforting the younger child who saw no light in that dark tunnel “At that time, we had it tough. While looking up at those stars in the sky, too far out of reach … It must have hurt, it must have been so difficult. I ran towards the endless light”. Telling him that he (his future self = 2020 Taehyung) walked out from that obscure hole and didn’t just reach a bright place but became a big star that shined so bright and illuminated the whole world.
