Balls of yarn or wool are pretty easy to find!!

Cat ears are often sold in most places, especially during halloween

Grab a stick/rod, some string, and something little, and you can make an easy thing to 'bap' at an play with!! :3

Bells!! So jingly!! You can usually find them around christmas time & buy them discretely

Try making a scratching post out of some crinkly materials!

Have a nap time with your stuffies!! Give them cuddles ^^

Try making a tail out of string, theres quite a few tutorials out there, especially on tiktok :]

Goldfish crackers & drumstix crackers! Nom noms

Make some angel milk an pour it in a bowl to drink from

Go outside and watch the birds :3

Ask a cg or fren to brush/stroke your hair ^^

Try (safely) climbing! It could be anything, like a tree or even your couch! (make sure you have supervision and know how to get down tho!!)

Snuggle and rub your hair against something or someone you love!! Like a cg, a stuffie, or your favourite thing!

Watch some kitty themed shows!! Like Peg + cat, Puss in Boots, or Bee & Puppycat!

Wear a small collar with a jingly bell!! Jingle jingle ^^

You could even try hanging a worm on a string above you and batting it!!

Go sit in a big cardboard box! Its ur box now >:3

There’s a lot of puppy/kitty regressor content on here so I hope at least some of the stuff I came up with is original! XD makes sense that there’s so many though because puppies and kitties are SO CUTE!

Pet regression tips!

☆*: .｡. Snuggles & sleepy times .｡.:*☆

● Beanbags!!! They are cuddly and are similar to pet beds but bigger!!

● Stuffies are the best! Especially if they're the same animal as u!!

● Make a den! It's a secret shhh! So cover it with blankets and pillows to make a hidden sleepy place :33

● Grab your favourite toy play toy! This could be a stuffie, a ball, a rope, yarn, anything! Make sure they're close to protect them <3

● Nuts, dried cereal, and granola in a small baggie can be like kibble for kitties and puppers!!

● For kitties, goldfish crackers & angel milk are always vewy tasty!!

● Carrots and celery are very good to nom on for bunnies, goats, sheep, and others!!

● Peanut butter on toast, using seed bread is very yummy for chirpy birdies

● Cookies are very good treats for when you are on your best behaviour :D

● Clean dog toys or tennis balls are good to chace and throw around

● Tag!! Chase around your friends, cg, or pets!

● Tricks are always fun to do! Try to sit, roll over, jump, or speak :D

● Baby teethers are usually easy to come by, and are very good chew toys

● Hide n' Seek! Crawl into small spaces to hide, or jump under a pile of pillows!

● Play with your stuffies! They're pets just like u =^. .^=

● Tails are easy to make with yarn! There are plenty of tutorials on tiktok, youtube, and right here on tumblr :D

● Chokers are usually more accepted than collars to buy, so maybe try getting one of them :3

● Beanbags are great pet beds! snuggly and warm...

● If you have a pet you probably own a leash and harness! Depending on how big your dog is, you can probably wear it when nobody is home if your a secret pet :D

● By putting food or drink in a shallow bowl, it always makes it tastier

● Tennis balls are easy to buy and find for cheap! They make great toys :]

● You can make horns using alfoil and paper mache! If you hot glue them (make sure you have supervision, or a cg is helping!) then they are very nice for goat/sheep pets!

● Putting clean socks on your hands makes them feel snuggly like paws :3

Friendly reminder that your regression is still valid if you can’t fully regress or if you go long periods without regressing.

Your regression is still valid if you don’t use pacis, bottles, sippies etc while little

Your regression is still valid if you don’t want a caregiver or if you prefer to be alone while regressed

Everyones regression is different and valid <3

It's okay if you can't fully be little. It doesn't matter if that means you can't fully go into your regressed headspace, or if it means you can't be as little as you'd like.

Whether it's for safety or any other reason, it's okay and valid!!

I can rarely be fully little, I'm still trying to fully realize it's okay to be tiny.

Don't get discouraged, little darling. I'm here for you, and so is the rest of the community (everyone is pretty great, by the way)

Possible New AO3 Tags!!

So, I think we all know that the ao3 tag situation is...not ideal. You have basically two choices for tags: Age Regression/De-aging (which is technically meant for physically regressed/de-aged characters, not agere) or Non-sexual Age Play (which is...the wrong thing). Both of these tags are inaccurate for our community, but we have used them because its as close as we can get. It's even gotten to the point where Age Regression/De-aging has wrangled everything under the sun for agere (agere, age regression, regression, and every tag we make complaining about our tag situation). So! I have two possibilities for new tags we can use!

🧸Inner Child Therapy🧸

this one is probably the most obvious choice? at least it is to me lol inner child therapy is another, more clinical name for agere, so it would be a good choice. it's also not currently used for anything on ao3 (Healing the Inner Child is a tag, but not currently one with more than i think 3 fics, and it's not a common tag, so it would more than likely get wrangled, but I think it'd be okay)

with this one, we would also have the option to use secondary tags like we use with Age Regression/De-aging currently (think how a lot of fics use "Age Regression Little [Character]" tags, we could use something like "Inner Child Little [Character]" instead)

i think inner child therapy as a term would also help with the stigma around agere because it really...can't be confused with anything else? not as far as i can make out anyway lol

a con toward this would be that not many ppl currently know this as a term, and therefore it would be hard to implement

i just think this one is cute. like we're all just out here writing our fics in crayon to share with each other hehe

in my head, this would even be able to include a whole tagging system using diff crayon colors to mean different things (when i was thinking of this concept, i was thinking along the lines of pink crayon = fluff, blue = angst, green = whump, purple = romantic, orange = platonic, white = diapers, etc etc etc etc)

it just so cute in my head lol, and it would definitely be easy to separate from the current tags

a con toward this one is just that it could be confusing to try to implement and i could see it getting wildly out of hand and complicated if we aren't careful with it

No matter what, it will absolutely be a struggle to change tags to get away from what we have right now. In order for any sort of new tag, one of these or something else, to work we would all have to agree not to crosstag. When tagging fics, you would *not* be able to tag it with the old tags and one of the new ones because it would more than likely result in the new tag getting wrangled and then we're back to square one. It would have to be a community effort to get it explained *why* things are different, now, and how to find fics. It would also be a struggle to get authors of older works to maybe switch their tags out so that new readers can find them more easily under a new tag.

These are just my ideas, and I'd love to open the discussion up to you guys!! If there's any other ideas for tags, I'd love to hear them!!!

I imagine it must be very freeing to get a caregiver and live in an environment where you don't have to hide being a regressor.

Imagine being able to buy all the gear you ever wanted instead of sneaking in any sort of homemade replacement you can get...

I imagine that I wouldn't share a room with my sisters, instead, I'd sleep by myself or with my caregiver and just allow myself to play and be little.

(I don't usually write in the reader insert way, but I've found it to be surprisingly natural! I think it's just easier to use the 'royal you', if that makes any sense. I think I'll try it out for this one, let me know what y'all think!

Tamaki is the ringleader of the whole operation, obviously. Like in the little sister episode, he cranks his princely big brother act to 11!

He can play any role you need him to! Brave protector, fun babysitter, gentle carer, he's happy to do it all! Though it is a little hard for him to act stoic when you're just so precious!

Kiddos in his hands get anything they want. Absolutely anything. Having trouble feeling small? This 5 foot bear should fix that! Sweet tooth? Here's a buffet! You want to see the pretty lights? Get your passport we're going to Paris.

Kyoya is, as always, mostly in charge of keeping Tamaki in check. Co-parenting king.

He's the disciplinarian of the group, though he's not as scary as you might think. He's more "I'd get off that chair, we don't want to get hurt do we?" Than "get off the furniture before I add it to your tab".

He definately has his gentle moments. If you need a second to cool down from all the shenanigans, he's more than happy to let you curl up next to him while he works.

Haruhi is a big sister superhero. She's always prepared and always in its what to say!

Speaking of prepared, she's probably the most practical of the group. She has the kiddo's age, needs, and bed time committed to memory, and she always has bandaids on hand.

She's the best at going with the flow! She follows your lead, whatever you want to do, she'll make it the best!

Hikaru and Kaoru really bring the fun. When there's talk of "shenanigans", they're most definitely the catalysts.

They're the best at thinking like a kid! They're know exactly what kind of trouble is most fun to get into

One of their little known talents is reading stories! They do it together, so there's twice the funny voices and even some improvisation here and there!

Honey and Mori, well, do exactly what they always do, but it's even more fun when you're around!

Honey is the best playmate! He has all sorts of fun plushies and he's happy to share!

Tea parties galore! Though it's a good thing Mori's there to protect from stomach aches.

Though he's usually sidelined next to Honey, Mori is a nap expert!

It does not matter what size you are: he is picking you up. He is rocking you. It's not a choice.

The host club always feels like a family, but they could always use a baby sibling to dote on ♡

🍼 chewing on jumper sleeves (mine may or may not be chewed through by now)
