The Rift Dimension

Dimension name: Dawn's Crown (current)

Brief description

The Rift Dimension is a dimension that no longer exists, as it is now known as Dawn's Crown. It was a dimension only used for storing Rifts, and later repurposed to store the Crystal Rifts that Bucket uses. Aside from the Rifts, the dimension was completely empty.

History

Regular Rifts were "invented" when too many characters from too many different universes joined a dimension all at once, causing the world to start to break down. This led to the outlawing of rifts for some time since they were considered too dangerous. But that didn't stop any of us from using them.

One day, too many people were using the Rifts within the Rift Dimension all at the same time. Because of this, the dimension broke down and everyone was sent to a random dimension. They each had to find their way back through newly spawned Crystal Rifts, though from their perspective these were not yet invented at that time.

When the dimension broke down, Bucket was missing in action for exactly one month. Once he returned, he had officially invented the Crystal Rifts, which were now somehow under his control and being stored in the Rift Dimension.

Appearance

A small red demon with four striped horns growing from their head. They do not have a visible mouth when in a neutral expression or when talking. However, their mouth is revealed when it fully opens up (when eating or laughing for example). They also have three eyes that are fully black with glowing red irises.

They have four sharp fingers and three toes. Their feet transition from red to a dark grey at the ends and he has a small tail that transitions into a subtle purple at the tip.

Powers, abilities and curses

Grand Demon

Azradon transforms into a huge demon with big claws and sharp blood covered teeth. He will go berserk and attack whatever is bothering him in that moment. Transforming into Grand Demon gives them enough strength to kill Soul Drainrs and break Crystal Trees. The transformation ends until Azradon calms down. If he is unable to calm down, the transformation will end when Azradon gets exhausted, in which case he will enter a deep coma until his mind has calmed down and he is able to regain control over his body.

Personality

Prefers to stay quiet and reserved unless questioned, and prefers to give short answers when responding to personal questions. They help lost people get back to their original trees whenever possible.

Backstory

Azradon was born in [REDACTED] of Dawn's Crown after its creation. Since then they've had to scavenge the Enigmatic Forest and Crystal Mines for supplies and crystals all on his own. He has seen how Soul Drainers are created many times over, and has been scared of them ever since the first time he encountered them. He is devoted to never becoming one.

On their adventures, they found a young Soulipilar while exploring out in the Enigmatic Forest. They domesticated them and named them Bello. They now work together to survive the dangers of Dawn's Crown.

Collect crystals and help them grow, guide lost travellers back to their trees, never become a Soul Drainer

Dawn's Crown

Brief Description

Dawn's Crown is a secret dimension birthed from the remains of the Rift Dimension. It is now Bucket's home dimension. It was slowly formed over time through the crystals and their light and is now the place where crystals reside and grow. The stars that are seen glowing high up in the sky are actually Crystal Rifts.

Starlight Clearing: A peaceful field with white sand and puddles of water.

Enigmatic Forest: A dark forest filled with Soul Drainers and Rabbit Holes.

Starlight Oasis: A calm lake hidden away in the depths of the forest. They are often populated by Solfrogs and Soothlittes.

Freezing Forest: A forest similar to the Enigmatic Forests but it snows and is much darker.

Dreamer’s Peaks: A mountainous area piercing the heavens.

Reflective Shoreline: An undisturbed sea reflecting the sky above.

Shadeling Village: A village full of Shadelings, hidden away in a dark area of the Freezing Forest.

History

Dawn's Crown was born from the ruins of the destabilised Rift Dimension - a dimension that only served as a back-alley way of interdimensional travel. The new, more stable dimension was born from a combination of powerful crystals and Light. The crystals that can be found in Dawn's Crown are the remnants of those same powerful crystals. Bucket, who already had knowledge of the original Rift Dimension, was also aware of Dawn's Crown's existence and would visit it from time to time, even planting a crystal tree that led to the Hubhouse's basement.

During the events of the Tainted Valley Incident, the Chibi Mabis and Pix - who were still staying in the Hubhouse - went on various expeditions and explorations to Dawn's Crown using this crystal tree.

Following the events of the Tainted Valley Incident, Bucket moved to live in Dawn's Crown permanently.

Once Sand came back from Hell, he went to Dawn's Crown to visit Bucket, first expressing his anger that Bucket would forget about him and leave him in Hell for so long. After the anger subsided, Sand and Bucket attempted to contact Astrit through the void hivemind. But this was to no avail. Wanting to find Astrit and continue to become stronger, Sand found himself being taught how to survive by Azradon. After being taught the ropes, Sand continued to wander through Dawn's Crown with his new companions.

After an expedition to Excess' Remains, Azradon, Sand, Bello and Phthalo ended up running into Bucket, who destroyed Excess. Bucket sent Sand back to The Valley, leaving Azradon, Bello and Phthalo alone to explore Dawn's Crown.

Meanwhile, in another corner of the dimension, some wanderers from Furry Earth had stumbled into the dimension. Their journey is currently ongoing...

The Multiverse: The complete collection of existing dimensions. This lore is a multiverse of interconnected stories between different dimensions so it's important to be aware that this is the sort of lore you're going to be reading about.

Light and Void: The concept of Light is often used to refer to creation, The Void is the opposite being all about destruction. Light is used to construct all dimensions while the Void is the absence of a dimension, though at the same time can also considered a dimension by itself, as the infinite space between dimensions. Both of these things are further explained upon within their own wiki pages.

Tainted: A twisted version of a character or dimension. Does not necessarily mean an evil version of its regular counterpart. See the Tainted wiki page for a full explanation.

This post aims to provide additional information about the wiki, but can also be a starting point for topics you can start reading into.
