This most hearty and robust honey is harvested from the tiny white blossoms on the buckwheat plant from WA. It is combined with fresh local organic cream and a 75%+ MORETTA™ dark chocolate to enhance its musty and earthy aromas with a touch of spice. Hand-enrobed in a special 76%+ MORETTA™ dark chocolate, rests on a bed of Spanish Bee Pollen with dark Pailletes Fins, and sprinkled with Poppy Seeds. (B1430, 1431, 1432) Pairing: Tawny Porto, warm Brandy/Cognac, Malbec, or contrast with espresso or black tea.

This batch is also hand-enrobed in a special 76%+ MORETTA™ dark chocolate and sprinkled with either organic Sucanat sugar or mini chocolate Crispearls.
