Finally finished a Winter Soldier fic.  Let’s get our murder smut on.  You can all thank @hockey-shmockey for getting me to finish this. (It’s a bit different from your request, but it’s still winter soldier smut, so I hope it’s close enough)

A huge thank you to my wonderful translators @vashanatasha and @armenian-nerd.  You both saved me from a bunch of research, that would ultimately give me the wrong translations anyways.

You didn’t know his name, if he even had one.  For all you know, he’s been with Hydra from the day he was born and was actually named Soldat. Of course you were curious.  But you would never dare go around asking questions.  Questions got you killed.

You get called into Karpov’s office.  Your posture is stiff, face devoid of emotions.  You knock on his door and wait until he gives you permission before entering.

“You requested my presence, Colonel Karpov?” you ask in Russian, keeping your eyes lowered in submission.

He looks up, his gaze washing over you, studying you.  “Have you noticed the way the Soldat looks at you?” he finally asks.

Your brows furrow and you tilt your head ever so slightly in confusion. “I do not understand.”

“He watches you.  Sometimes even when he is on orders.”

You frown, “Are you saying I should be avoiding him, Colonel?”

He leans back in his seat, his gaze washing over you once more. “No.  In fact, I am saying the opposite.  The Stark mission affected him in ways we did not predict.  He hasn’t grown defiant yet, but we fear he may be on that path.  We need something that will pull his focus back to our cause.  And there is no easier way to manipulate a man than with a woman.  We can get into his mind, but you, Dorogusha, can get into his soul.”

“What exactly do you want me to do?”

“Give him a reason to be here.”

“I’m not kidding, it feels like flying, it’s so amazing.”

Steve’s voice is exuberant, blue eyes bright, while he visualises the experience for you, his enthusiasm painting a colourful verbal picture. The longer he talks, the more he fidgets, his inability to stay still a direct correlation to his excitement, and his eagerness to tell the story puts a smile on your face.

He talks and talks about every jump he’s ever tried, a shocking number in actuality, and you indulge him as the early sunlight slides across the kitchen floor. 

It’s late morning before you hear the slow, quiet steps shuffle behind you, and you feel his arms curl tightly around your waist for a sleepy hug. The minty smell of toothpaste floats under your nose when he presses a light kiss to your neck, nuzzling his face into your hair.

As a child, you were told it was a gift; placed upon a pedestal above the quaint suffering of a rural town and removed of your innocence for the good of strangers. You’d been made to be revered – honored – for the touch that could mend the broken.  

It began with a cut upon your father’s finger – a slip of a kitchen knife that had left a small bead of blood in its wake. Curious eyes glanced up at your father as he hissed at the sting of it and you’d reach forward to place your infant hand upon the cut, a grip so mall it barely wrapped around his finger. He stilled as a soft glow began to emit from your palm. When you removed your hand and began to cry, your father was stunned to find his skin perfectly intact – no trace of a scar in its place.  

They told you it was a gift, celebrated you as if you were a blessing from Heaven itself. But they were cruel in their rejoice, selfish in their praise. They had not considered your gift was not a gift at all – but a sacrifice.  

Like energy, pain could not be destroyed— but it could be absorbed. It could be transferred. Your father’s cut had not simply disappeared, but instead manifested on the finger of an infant for a few short moments before it faded into your skin; laid to rest amongst a sea of foreign injuries that did not belong to you.

Bucky Barnes x Reader

Summary: You were only ever supposed to be the Winter Soldier’s play thing, something to work through the sexual and physical urges that HYDRA couldn’t wipe him of. But even they couldn’t have known how ingrained some bonds are.

Warnings: non-con, dub-con, smut, language, references to sexual assault, violence. (the two instances of non-con are brief, only one could be taken as forceful, but neither moments are gratuitous, the dub-con is because both reader and soldat aren’t exactly in a place to consent)

The first time, he doesn’t remember much.

It was a mission, not like his usual ones, but a mission nonetheless.

The handlers and guards had moved him to a room, a little less dank than the others, with a fully furnished bed in the corner, but not much else. He knew they weren’t taking him to his own room, because after his clean off, they hadn’t returned his clothes, simply walked him nude to here. You were in clothes though, only a plain nightdress, but despite this you still looked cold, shivering a little, but you don’t try to fight him or run. 

His handler had told him to get on with it, and he knew immediately what was meant.

Sexual release was not foreign to him, he had of course had to deal with his own needs normally, but there was something that told him it wasn’t quite the same. The same as what? He’s not totally sure. He gets flashes sometimes, of warmth engulfing him, a body against his own, but whenever he tries to follow the train of thought it fizzles out.

He knew what sex was of course, had occasionally partaken when he’d needed to seduce a target to get them alone, but that hadn’t been about his pleasure, nor could he remember any personal moments of indulgence properly.

When the door had shut, he’d only stared at you for a moment. He wasn’t sure if he should speak, he wasn’t normally permitted to without being questioned first, but nothing about this was normal.

He isn’t allowed to feel anything like shame or embarrassment so he doesn’t make to cover himself, he just watches you shake for a moment. And then he moves toward you. You don’t back up, you can’t with your legs already against the bed, but you do jump, your face terrified and turning up to look at him as he stops in front of you.

“Take it off. I don’t want to rip it.” He speaks gruffly without meaning too, anything gentle tastes foreign in his mouth, and gestures to your nightdress. You look down confused, and your lip wobbles.

“I— I don’t—” You’re sniffling, but more importantly, not speaking the same language as him, your words not so sharp, more rounded, although accented heavily.

Soldat blinks.
