This is from a few years back now but if this is something MicroSoft is genuinely exploring this could be very interesting by submersing the viewer/player even further into the game. Leading on from this, the hacks that could be done to capitalise on the technology described could lead onto further uses.

Leading on from my previous post this is a much better example of digital content used to create a living space. However i still feel if this was to live in would be too much, but as a concept it could work for very short stays. However, in this case you can tell at the start of the video that this is all front projection, this would great shadows on the walls if any one actually tried to inhabit the space and thus break the illusion. 

Content creation wise the images are very strong and good use of depth in what is still a 2D image.

This is an interesting concept and similar to the idea we first had in our group. However as this video demonstrates the images look very flat with no depth in field. The idea that in the future we could have walls that adapt to our living state certainly an area to keep an eye on but sure this concept would be too much full time. We as human need real, something tangible to hold onto. I also feel the content projected in this video could have been stronger. This is a highly stylised concept so why doesn’t the image content reflect that instead of replicating. 

With regards to how I move forward in my research with regards to our concept I am going to go back to the drawing board to consider how we can effectively achieve our aim.
