A. There is a three-month warranty with follow-up services.

A. Termite warranties are handled on a case-by-case basis. Treatment usually comes with a one-year warranty; however, in certain instances, we offer a two-year warranty.

Q. Is same day service available?
A. Yes, Just ask us for quick service when you call and there is no additional charge for expedited service when the schedule permits/ If you call too late for same day service in most cases, we will be able to come to your home or office the next day. This does not apply to Emergency or Holiday service, all cost will be know ahead of service.
Q. Do I need to stay home all day and wait for the service?
A. No, not for outside services, you do not even need to be home. If you would like to be home when service is performed and require a scheduled two hour time frame, you will need to inform us when you make appointment.
Q. How much does the service cost?
A. Because we offer a variety of pest control solutions and residential homes vary in size, your cost will be known after the technician has evaluated your needs.
Q. Are your technicians knowledgeable? Are they state certified?
A. All service technicians a trained and state certified and they are required by law to take continuing education hours to maintain their licenses
Q. What types of payment are accepted?
A. You may pay with cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Payments plans are also available based on services value.

A. Our Technician will discuss all of your concerns and determined how to use the least amount of chemicals necessary to eradicate pests from your home. Also, our experience and knowledge of pests behaviors will enable our technician to reduces pesticide use and ensure that your prob;em is solved.

A. All materials used are regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency. All technicians are state licensed and trained on application of all materials that we use. All pesticides are mixed according to the labels instructions.

Full treatment pest control services will include inspections and treatments for mice, rats, bees, hornets, spiders, cockroaches, ants, moths, stored product insects (SPI), subterranean termites, all fly insects, wildlife vermin and silverfish plus any other pest not specifically excluded from contract.
Rat and mouse infestations located in burrows in the ground adjacent to buildings are included. If any pests are discovered by CMC, we shall respond within twenty-four (24) hours after notification.
When necessary we will install rodent bait boxes, and supply a written report to CMC indicating, locations, date of installation and removal.
We will supply all labor, supplies, equipment and other materials necessary to perform the pest control service for all areas and buildings specified herein, plus any other building portion or part not specifically described herein.
Provide an Integrated Pest Management Program that includes a combination of pest monitoring, good sanitation practices, education, appropriate waste management, structural deficiency corrections, cultural pest control measures, mechanical pest control measures, and biological pest controls.
Services will be performed during regular hours of operation in various buildings, except when special conditions require servicing to be done when a building or area is vacated after regular working hours or weekends. There will be no additional charge for this service.
