I think one of the reasons that I don't fuck with The Godfather (and GF part II) as much as literally every other cinephile is because I have made the grave mistake of being born a woman. Every man who loves that movie wants Vito to be their daddy. And, Y'know, I have daddy issues too, but I know I wouldn't be Micheal.
