If you mean they're voluntarily deleting, I think that's just the phase of the TCC. Honestly, people are usually only here for a low phase in their lives and move on. Good for them. If you mean Tumblr is forcibly deleting them, I mean. Look at the TCC. I don't blame them.

Clallam Bay Corrections Center is a medium, maximum and closed custody state prison for men, located on the Olympic Peninsula in Clallam Bay, Clallam County Washington. Remotely located at the top of a small mountain two miles south of the small fishing town of Clallam Bay, CBCC is 27 miles from Cape Flattery, the northwesternmost point of the contiguous United States. CBCC opened as a medium security facility in 1985 and expanded to include higher security inmates in the early 90’s. Today, CBCC houses about 900 inmates, almost 70% of whom were convicted of violent crimes.

Notable inmates at Clallam Bay Corrections Center include:

Barry Loukaitis - Convicted in 1997 as a juvenile of two counts of first-degree murder, one count of second-degree murder, one count of first-degree attempted murder and 16 counts of aggravated kidnapping as the perpetrator of the Frontier Middle School shooting in Moses Lake, Washington. Loukaitis was sentenced to two terms of life and an additional 205 years without parole. He was 14 years old at the time of the shooting.

Alex Baranyi - Convicted in 1998 with an accomplice for the Bellevue Murders, when four members of the Wilson family of Bellevue were murdered. Alex Baranyi and David Anderson, both 17 years old at the time, lured Kim Wilson, 20 years old, to a park near her home and strangled her to death. They then went to the Wilson home and murdered Bill Wilson, his wife Rose Wilson, and Kim’s sister Julia. Kim’s body was found by two children playing in the park, and police discovered the others when they went to her address. Baranyi and Anderson were both sentenced to four life sentences without the possibility of parole.

Paul Keller - Convicted in 1993 of setting 107 fires over a six month period in late 1992 - early 1993, Keller committed one of the most extensive arson sprees in American history which caused over $30 million in damages. Keller, described by police as a smooth pathological liar, terrorized four counties by setting fires at random in the early morning hours using whatever materials were available to him. Police investigators said that he lingered at the crime scene after setting the fires so that he could enjoy watching firefighters put out the blaze. Three victims perished when he set a fire at the Four Freedoms Retirement home in Bitter Lake. Keller was sentenced to 99 years and will be eligible for release in 2079.

Any advice for someone new to TCC?

Yes. Enjoy the content and know it's perfectly okay to have an interest in crime. But don't crawl into the TCC hole and live here. More than any other site, this Tumblr community can be a really dark place, and the overall tone just feeds off of depression and anxiety prone individuals. If you get carried away, it'll carry you away. Remember there's a life outside of it. Also I recommend Reddit as a healthier alternative.
