I saw KH OC week post and wanted to do a lil doodle of my girl Eri! I don't remember if Radiant Garden specifically has moogles but I feel like they're a universal constant in kh! She's still little here so she thinks being round is a compliment❤️

KH OC Week Day 1: Traverse Town

Squall, a lone 15-year-old with a chip on his shoulder, found Violet soon after they were flung into the refuge known as Traverse Town. Violet was around his age, skilled in magic but lonely and withdrawn. Though Squall would never admit it, he and Violet became fast friends, and would support one another in the years to come as they sought to reclaim their home, Hollow Bastion.

However, Squall would always wonder about the two boys Violet would whisper about, the ones she grew up with, the ones she claimed she abandoned years before.

That wouldn't be the only secret he would end up keeping for her sake.

I'm currently doing an online art school program and I thought I'd share some notes on clothing pieces for anyone else whose like me and for some reason can't understand objects with free from lol I hope you find some of these observations/ notes useful for any of your art journeys!

Polyamorous as in movie night snacks and cuddles piles, Polyamorous as in walks through a park and we see slides and swingsets with no one using them and we make a day out of it, Polyamorous as in we're walking downtown laughing on the way to our favorite food shop/store/vender, Polyamorous as in having a genuine connection to the people you love and care about because Polyamorous doesn't mean just lots of sex with multiple people. I mean, it can. But you get my point! Campfires and tent cuddles! Roasting smored with your partners and laughing at stupid joked or spooky stories. Give Me Some Domestic Polyamory.

i have my beef with the kh wiki (as i imagine i would with any fan wiki, its not unique to this one) but i gotta be real this is a W. "entelechy" rules as a piece of unofficial fan terminology. in a universe where there are thematically meaningful distinctions between humans and non-humans in some cases (e.g. human Lea vs Nobody Axel) but not others (e.g. human Sora vs duck Donald), there needs to be a term defined oppositionally to "Nobody" and "Heartless" but not "duck" or "mouse".

the fandom has often used "Somebody" in the context of Nobodies, e.g. Lea's Nobody is Axel, Axel's "Somebody" is Lea, but this term 1. is kinda cutesy and on the nose for my tastes and 2. has limited applicability. like, how do you describe the relationship between Terra-Xehanort and Ansem, then? Terra-Xehanort can't be Ansem's "Somebody" in that case, too.

"entelechy" is a bit of a mouthful, but this is a game that throws around terms like "Recusant's Sigil" and names like "Terra-Xehanort" so pulling an obscure philosophical term for this purpose makes a lot of sense to me. also "entelechy" is just a fun word to say imo. (it's pronounced en-TEL-ih-key—oh look, Key!)

Kind of loathe how whenever there's talk of some platform banning NSFW content the discussion always jumps to "this is bad because the people who institute these rules think queerness is inherently NSFW!" and it's like yeah but also I think you should be outraged regardless of the slippery slope argument. Because I do think NSFW hetslop should also be able to exist
