character who’s super shameless abt their needs who starts wriggling when they’re only like. half full (and ofc the worse it gets the more obvious they become)

character who is trying sooo hard to be subtle but they have to go so badly that they have no choice but to wiggle around, hop from foot to foot, etc

squirming while crossing legs

squirming while sitting down

a character trying to hold a conversation with another character but they just can’t keep still

biiiig obvious pee dances when someone is on the brink and absolutely can’t afford to try and be low-key anymore

characters who don’t even realize they have to pee until they’re finding it hard to stand/sit/lay still

desperate pacing, walking, etc; being unable to stop walking for even a second (and if they HAVE to stop walking then they need to immediately sit down or cross their legs to keep from wetting themselves right there)

squirming while kissing/making out, their partner just thinks they’re getting really into it but no they’re about to piss their pants lol

when a character thinks they’re alone and finally allows themselves to openly dance around in utter desperation… (but maybe they’re not actually alone ;) hehe)

still squirming after leaking/starting to have an accident as if it’s going to help them hold it for longer (it’s not. once you’re past the point of no return, no amount of hip-shimmying can save you lmao)

Prompt: A Character is in a waiting room for a doctor's appointment, it takes forever and they don't go to the (readily available) bathroom because they don't want to miss being called up. Right when they decide to go because they can't take it anymore, they do get called up.

Bonus: The appointment is for an ultrasound and the doctor comments on how full their bladder is and how this was not required for the exam.

I've seen some people who say they have never pissed in the shower in their life and that's hard for me to believe. Because sometimes you don't even feel the urge until you jump in.

Imagine someone who thinks peeing in the shower is disgusting and absolutely refuses to do it ever. They are above something so juvenile. So when they get in and a sudden urge to pee has them tensing up, they try to ignore it. They begin to go through their shower routine, but the urge to pee keeps getting stronger. They squirm in place as they shampoo their hair. They stifle a gasp as they run a soapy hand over the small bulge in their abdomen. A dribble comes out when they bend over to pick up the soap they dropped.

Soon they are frantically trying to finish up their shower. Potty dancing as the sound and feeling of warm water cascading around them taunts their bladder.

They turn off the shower and jump out. Grabbing their towel to try to dry off as quickly as possible. But as soon as their feet hit the tiled floor they begin to have an accident. A strong stream runs down their legs and creates a puddle at their feet. And they can't stop it.

Looks like they need to rinse off again.

Helping a sick friend pee into a bottle, but they're not very rushed about it. They lean back, eyes closed, slowly dribbling, their stream weak, my hand helping to steady the bottle under their blanket. Making sure they're comfortable. Wiping off the last few droplets with a tissue when they're done. Helping them settle back down. Brushing my hand against their forehead and letting them rest.

i loooove tightly crossed legs so much. it’s prob my fave holding/squirming position, next to buckling knees with squeezed-together thighs

bc like it COULD be casual. some people just stand with their legs crossed. like that’s normal right? but if you look a little closer you can see, wow, their thighs are really tense… and their hips are wiggling a bit, and they’re bending forward slightlyyyyy

and it becomes obvious that they’re on the brink

if they uncross their legs, even for a second…. who knows what could happen 🫣

Taking care of someone who can't get out of bed and having to help them relieve themself and holding a container for them and looking away to give them some space and then taking it and cleaning everything up and tucking them back in so they can fall asleep would fix me

Ooh what about person A who knows their friend/partner (person B) is into Omo and tries to get them to get flustered? >:3

They make plans to hang out and A brings along a giant water bottle they keep drinking and refilling, making comments like "Aw man, I'm so thirsty today!"

Soon, A feels the pressure in their bladder start to grow so they start to wiggle and squirm a little bit, excited as they see B eyeing them up. B doesn't mention anything, though, so A decides to kick it up a notch.

"Ooh, maybe I shouldn't have drank so much water!" And crossing their legs~

B's face is getting a little warm and they suggest that A use the bathroom. A replies they're fine, they can hold it longer.

It keeps going and A keeps giving exaggerated little whimpers and squirms in their seat, even doing a little potty dance as they get up to get more water.

"A, I think you should use the bathroom now."

"Nah, I'm still good! Plus my favourite part of the movie's comin up!"

Eventually it gets to the point where A really is getting desperate, and as they squirm to get a reaction out of B, they realize jostling around their full bladder wasn't the smartest move and they let out a real gasp as they feel themselves leak a little. Then they try and get up to actually use the bathroom, but B stops them.

"Where are you going?"

A is starting to sweat, "I, uh, I have to uh..."

B smiles, "I thought you said you could hold it."

A feels their face grow warm. Now they're the flustered one!!

Waiting until their bladder is full before you start fucking them with the sole intention of making them piss themselves and then pushing their head down into the puddle they made, telling them what a bad dog they are for making a mess, all the while never relenting on the brutal pace you’re pounding them at.

i think pushing on full bladders is underrated. i want to see a rock hard, huge bulging bladder being pressed on over and over as they moan and squirm in desperation, so full that their pee is leaking out every time their bladder is pressed down. my favorite thing ever

The way you can see someone visibly relax when they take a badly needed pee is so cute... Like how their whole body slumps in relief and their eyes flutter closed, and they let out a relaxed sigh, just adorable ❤️

huge fan of people peeing and they just can't believe how much is coming out of them like the initial relief feels so good and then the piss just keeps on coming and coming. bonus if they were desperate and chose a random spot, they were trying to make it quick because itd be embarrassing if someone caught them but it's taking forever because of how much was in their bladder and the puddle is becoming so big. double bonus if it hisses/splashes the whole time

something in omo i’m a fan of is when A has no choice but to pee in an odd place (like an alley or anywhere outside, etc.) because they’re desperate and there aren’t any other options, but they’re really hesitant to do it so B has to coax them into it. to make A feel better about having to do this, B decides to join them in peeing in the odd place even though they don’t have to go that bad (bonus if B finishes before A despite starting second bc i always love this)
