Dua and remembrance to be said at any time #4

سُبْحَانَ اللهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَاللهُ أَكْبَرُ

Translation

The messenger of Allah (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The dearest words to Allah are four: Subhan Allah (Hallowed be He)(are):

"Al-Hamdulillah (Praise be to Allah), Wa la ilaha illa-Allah (There is no deity worthy of worship but Allah), Allah-u-Akbar (Allah is the Greatest)."

There is no harm for you in which order you begin (them while remembering Allah)

Transliteration

subḥaan-allaah, wal-ḥamdu lillaah, wa laa ilaaha ill-allaah, wallaahu akbar

Take care of yourself—not just because you’re tired, but because your body, your mind, and your heart are a gift from Allah. This life can be heavy sometimes, and it’s okay to pause. Slow down, eat well, sleep enough, and speak kindly to yourself. You are doing your best, and Allah sees every effort. One small act of self-care with the right intention can become worship. So walk gently, speak softly, and trust that even in your rest, you are held.

O Allah, grant victory to our brothers and sisters in Gaza, aid them with Your mercy, and lift the affliction from them. Please remember to keep them in your prayers.

Ya Rabb, I am trying for Your sake. I am not giving up even though it seems too easy to forsake. I trust You to bring me out of this. The reward of being patient through this calamity may bring me bliss. For now all I ask is for ease, to my heart where anxiety seems to stay forever and not cease. I call upon You, for I have no one to accompany me. Nobody understands the intensity of this, but I know You would provide me peace if I called upon You sincerely, if You decree. Have mercy on me, ya Rabb.

worrying can never change your situation, your sabr and Tawakkul will change it, remember and keep in mind the times when you were at your lowest phase, however fantastically Allah cleared all the trials and raised you from darkness to light. At this situation, everything could appear not possible however never lose hope, Allāh's assistance is near. we've the lord of impossible, do not cry for possible.

Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:

A man said: "O Messenger of Allah! I love Surat-Al-Ikhlas [Say: He is Allah, (the) One]."

He (ﷺ) said, "Your love for it will admit you to Jannah."

i need to remind myself more that Allah SWT removed people from my life for my own benefit.

i used to spend a lot of time grieving old friendships, but all these years later, after i’ve grown out of that phase in my life, did i realize Why they were taken out of my life.

and we may not always have that revelation and it’s okay to grieve the people we used to care about, but we also gotta remember it saves us a lot more grief in the end!
