maybe she was desperately waiting in line to use a public toilet when suddenly a monster appears! everyone instantly starts running and freaking out, so all she has to do is duck around a corner to transform without being seen... but she never got to go! there's no time... the attack is right near her, and the rest of her squad isn't here... she has to transform now!

as the sequence begins, a leak seeps out into her underwear... but then she feels her clothes start to fade away as magic envelops her body. it always kind of tickles as she starts to glow, and her whole body goes warm and tingly. one little wet track down her leg feels even warmer! at this point, she knows it's hopeless to hold it, so she doesn't even try. this part of the transformation sequence always makes her feel humiliatingly naked anyway, and her eyes scrunch tightly shut in shame as her bladder opens up. she's definitely peeing herself as she feels her gloves pop into place. hot pee is dribbling down her thighs, but then she feels her tall thigh-high socks hugging her legs, and she rapidly starts to wet them. next, a one-piece leotard wraps snugly around her torso, pulling tight between her legs. the crotch instantly saturates and she looks down, watching herself uncontrollably continue to pee. the wet spot blooms upward, spreading wet warmth to her lower tummy, as little accessories sparkle into her hair, and glistening liquid falls down to the pavement. her boots just appeared, in time for part of her stream to flow down her legs again, and trickle right inside. dribbling pee creeps lower and lower until she feels it dampening her feet. she tries to shift her weight, but her transformation causes her to hover a little, and she can't rely on the ground's resistance to let her wiggle.

finally her skirt floofs into place, little ribbons appearing in tiny explosions of glitter... but all she can focus on is the feeling of warm wetness still pulsing with force through the thin strip of fabric that covers her private parts. it's so embarrassing... she hopes no one will--!

just as she thinks this, a girl about her age stops short as she's running by. she looks directly at our almost fully transformed magical girl, and her eyes widen as she looks down, clearly noticing her peeing. the two lock eyes for a second, both blushing. then, before our magical girl can even think of saying anything in her own defense, someone calls the other girl's name, urging her to hurry up, and she runs off in the opposite direction of the monster.

our magical girl's tiara and weapons finally appear, and the sequence winds down. her feet are back on the ground, but she stays frozen in place and pees for a few seconds longer before she's empty.

just when she gets done, her little magical creature companion pops up and says "what's the situation? are you ready to fight?" before noticing magical girl's posture and expression, and asking what's wrong. after grasping the situation, they offer to cast one of their magic spells on her (the one they normally use for setting things right after a battle) so all the evidence of her accident will completely go away. they do this, and she wins the fight... but she can't help remembering the girl who saw her. that remains the only real evidence of what happened.

(and of course, if this is early in the show when the squad isn't fully formed yet, that'd be our earliest look at their next teammate, before she gets her powers. so these two would start out with a small crumb of awkward history between them.)
