sometimes...
...talking helps, laughing about it when it's actually terrible and it feels like your chest is going to crack open, looking into people's eyes when you say thank you, or hello, or goodbye. doing your job even if you feel like you don't want to, taking a short walk even if you planned it to be longer. eating your favourite food even though you're on a diet. crying. spending time uselessly doing nothing, just sitting and listening to music while you think.
sometimes it helps. but make sure to try it even when you think it won't.
