Prepare your Business and Employees for Coronavirus Now!
Every year many viruses come and go but some become an epidemic like Coronavirus (Covid-19) and without a doubt, in 21st-century businesses should have technology and means to run as normal and smooth as usual.
In Delhi NCR, the heart and the capital region of India are many businesses that have invested. Most employees take the metro or bus to work and back home. Being the world’s second-most populous urban agglomeration, people in Delhi NCR come in contact with more people in one day than many living in rural areas in a month.
Hopefully, only a handful of people have picked up the Coronavirus so far but it’s already here in Delhi NCR and it will spread from behaviors like this.
It’s not long shot when the government may issue guidelines for businesses including a range of recommendations including asking at-risk employees to stay home, disinfecting workspaces, and to “ensure that you have the solution and infrastructure required to support multiple employees who may be able to work from home.”
Our recent experience proves that these three recommendations work in times of disaster recovery and business continuity. As any flu or virus spreads, the teams will start missing from sitting at their desks to lying in their beds with fevers, chills and aching limbs. Meanwhile, other peers will start falling sick as well.
VoIP works. Hosted EPABX can collaborate with teammates anywhere on the globe, and also access all of their files and applications on whatever device they want, there was virtually no loss in productivity. What’s more, considering how much productivity can be lost if the coronavirus spread throughout the rest of the company, thankfully we have full-hosted telephony solutions now available in India.
If you’re a business owner or executive who has the responsibility to ensure the growth of your business and the well being of your employees. Remote work/home working not only helps protect your business from the Covid-19 outbreak, but it has also been proven to make employees more productive and happier.

Tata Sky and Airtel Digital TV users gift can see double-free channels
DTH service providers Tata Sky and Airtel Digital TV have implemented TRAI NTO 2.0 for their users from 1 March. After the implementation of this new tariff order, users will now get the benefit of 200 free to air channels. Also, you will have to pay less for a multi TV connection. Users of both service providers will have to pay Network Capacity Fee (NCF) at a new rate. After the implementation of this new rule, users will be shown 200 free to air channels at Rs 153, which is double than before.
What is the new rate?
In January itself, TRAI directed cable TV and DTH service providers to implement NTO 2.0 from 1 March, which was later challenged by the service providers in the court. Not only this, multi TV users will now have to pay up to 40 percent network capacity fee as compared to earlier. Earlier, Tata Sky users had to pay the full Rs 153 in NCF (Network Capacity Fee) for a multi TV connection. Now users will have to pay only Rs 61 only.
There has been a lot of change in NTO 2.0 implemented from today compared to NTO 1.0 implemented for cable TV and DTH last year. The new tariff order has been implemented by Airtel Digital TV and Tata Sky. Other service providers and cable TV providers will soon implement this. To watch 200 free to air (FTA) channels in NTO 2.0, users will have to pay Rs 153 (with GST). If users select more than 200 SD channels, then they have to pay Rs 189 (with GST).

Why is BSNL 4G so famous?
Indian telecom operator BSNL is the country’s largest broadband service provider and is offering new plans for the convenience of its users. Apart from this, the company has also launched some plans by revising it. Explain that the company is shipping its broadband users at 6 paise per five minutes. At the same time, users are being given a cashback facility on calls from a landline. Meanwhile, there is now news that BSNL broadband users can avail of free service.
As per the Telecomtalk report, long term broadband subscribers of BSNL will get the opportunity to avail free service. But let us know that the benefit of free broadband service will be available only for 4 months. Let’s know about this offer and the benefits of BSNL.
Talking about this offer of BSNL, the company is offering 4 months rental discount to its customers. However, this discount depends on the subscription plan of the users. For example, users who make an extra payment for 12 months of DSL, BharatFibre, BBoWi-Fi broadband plan or landline plan will get a one-month extra service. That is, users will be able to avail of some 13 months of service instead of 12 months.
At the same time, a long subscription option has been given for broadband and landline users. Which is 24 months and if the users subscribe to this plan, then they will get 3 months extra service. After this, you can take advantage of the plan for not 27 but 27 months.

Airtel Digital TV and Dish TV Plans.
After the introduction of new cable rules of TRAI, viewers believe that their monthly TV bill has increased. Now the rules of cable TV are changing soon. So the question is whether the choice of streaming services based on the internet is not the right choice? Many streaming services are available in free, so now what is the need of consumers DTH? DTH operators will be competing with each other. But to see consumer pattern of consumer consolidation, smart consumer from smart mobile to smart TV has now become smart. Recently, Starstar's popular app Hotstar has introduced a new plan that can compete with DTH operators. Hotstar is offering most of the sports channels and many Hindi entertainment channels in 365 rupees per year. This means that channels are being offered at the rate of 1 rupee per day. Because the rates of both the Internet and these apps are cheaper, the DTH option offers an alternative to the VIP plan. But are these VIP plans so good that it can replace DTH? To know this, we saw the plans of the Hotstar VIP subscription using the same kind of Tata Sky, Airtel Digital TV and Dish TV Plans.
Hotstar Rs 365 VIP Plan: In Rs 365 Hotstar is offering most premium content for one year. In this VIP plan, users can view live cricket, Premier League matches and Formula 1 races. With this, you can also see popular Hindi blockbusters and Hindi entertainment shows. This VIP plan does not include Hollywood movies and American TV shows only. Compared to DTH connections, users can view shows, smartphones, tablets, laptops and smart TVs all over the place and content consume.
Price: Rs 365 Annual + Data Pack or Broadband Bills Price Tata Sky Family Sports HD Pack: If you want to access similar packs in Tata Sky, then there is a Family Sports HD pack available at Rs 646 per month. Compared to the Hotstar VIP plan, Tata Sky offers more options for entertainment channels. In addition to all cricket channels, music, movies, kids and entertainment channels will also be available.
Price: Rs 646 per month (Rs 7,752 per year) + HD set-top box price
Dish TV Maxi Sports Pack: In the Maxi Sports Pack of Rs 326 per month, users will get access to many Hindi entertainment channels as well as sports channels, kids channels etc.
Price: Rs 326 per month (Rs 3,912 per year) + Set-top box price Airtel Digital TV My Sports HD Pack: This pack comes at a rate of Rs 493 per month. At this price, Airtel is offering a good mix of Standard Definition Channels. There are channels from sports to news, movies, kids and entertainment channels.
Price: Rs 493 per month (Rs 5,916 per year) + HD Set-top box price
Hotstar vs DTH operators: Which of the two to choose?
Hotstar VIP plan is clearly defeating DTH operators. It can be seen clearly that Hotstar is a much better option in terms of price. However, compared to DTH operators, there are less options for channels. Apart from this, look at other things, apps or services like Hotstar can be used from smartphones to tablets or TVs anywhere. If you have Wi-Fi in your house then all major service providers offer good plans at very low prices. It also costs less than DTH by adding cost of Internet bills and applications. In such a situation if more options of content are more important to you then you should choose DTH.

IP Telephony — Business solution
Telephony, simply put, is a technology that allows individuals to communicate with each other at a distance, and IP telephony is the aspect of communication that allows individuals to communicate with each other at a distance via the Internet. Allows IP telephony is becoming an increasingly popular form of communication, often replacing traditional telephone (older phone) systems.
IP phones, sometimes called VOIP telephones, are designed for SIP phones or softphones VOIP and are connected to data networks (or broadband routers in small businesses) rather than phone networks.
Internet protocol telephony (IP telephony) networks are used to create, provide, and access voice, data, or other types of telephone communication. IP telephony is an IP-based network that provides traditional telephonic communication over the Internet — through the Internet Service The provider (ISP) or directly from the Telecommunication service provider. IP Telephony also supports video communication between two or more users.
In simple words
IP telephony (Internet Protocol Telephony) is a technique that uses packet-switched connections to Internet protocols to transmit voice, fax, and other types of information in traditionally dedicated circuits of public switched telephone networks (PSTNs). Carried out on switched connections. The calls travel as packets of data over the share lines in a reliable flow to the user.
Components of IP Telephony
The IP telephony system is composed of these basic elements:
· End device
These may be IP phones, traditional telephones / or audio-equipped personal computers.
· Gateway
Traditional telephones handle signal translation between devices and IP network devices.
· Gatekeeper / Proxies
Gatekeeper/proxies manage central calls such as user location, authentication, bandwidth management, address translation, etc.
Benefits of IP Telephony
· Low cost of voice network
· Reduce device administration costs
· Centralized network control and management
· Enhancing customer satisfaction through the use of distributed call center applications
· Enhancing communication capabilities and productivity for remote and mobile employees
How IP Telephony Works
IP telephony uses the “Internet Protocol” to communicate over the Internet via digital means. By using this technology instead of traditional phone systems, business owners can leverage hardware and applications with an Internet connection to communicate more effectively.
By taking advantage of IP telephony, the user can connect voice, data, video and multimedia technologies together that are digitally based.

DTH operators did not get relief from Bombay High Court, TRAI sought a response
The Bombay High Court has refused to grant interim relief to television broadcasters until the next hearing of the case against the amended new tariff order (NTO) of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). The court also asked TRAI to file an affidavit in response to the broadcaster’s petitions by 20 January. Let us tell you that the Indian Broadcasting Foundation (IBF) had moved the High Court regarding the new tariff order of TRAI.
As per NTO 2019, users will be able to choose channels according to their own. Also, the number of channels they want to watch will have to be paid for the same channel. Users will have to pay the same amount of money that the broadcaster has set. It was believed that the new tariff order would enable users to choose the channels economically and accordingly. However, there is nothing like thought because after selecting different channels, the users started charging more than before.
TRAI made changes to NTO on January 1 to eliminate this problem of users. As per the new changes, TRAI made changes in MRP of each channel. After which this price has been reduced to Rs. 12. Earlier this rate was 19 rupees. The IBF says that there is no logic or consumer view behind the TRAI’s decision. TRAI has demanded two conditions for bouquet channels in which their price may be reduced. However, if this happens, broadcasters will reduce the number of channels in these packs.
TRAI chairman RS Sharma had issued a statement informing that the maximum rate of paid channels has been reduced from Rs 19 to Rs 12. After this new announcement, service providers will be able to charge a maximum of Rs 12 per month for any channel.

There will be no problem of mobile network in Magh Mela area, BSNL has two towers
You have arrived at the Magh Mela in Prayagraj to bathe in the holy confluence of Ganga, Yamuna and the invisible Saraswati and want to show your family a live bath. In this excitement, if there is no network or less in mobile, then obviously you will feel cold. Or even if they are unable to talk to their acquaintances with the problem of the network, they are angry. In such a situation, BSNL has taken a step forward to get rid of these problems to the devotees. Since Tuesday, two mobile towers of BSNL have started functioning in the fair area. At the same time, customers are facing problems due to the absence of towers of private companies.
Tower’s mobile and internet service improved by BSNL
The confluence of Sangam Tire Magh Mela has started from Paush Purnima on January 10. There is a huge crowd on the main day. However, the mobile network is very messy there. Kalpavasi is unable to talk to their relatives. Seeing the crowd of people, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has installed two mobile towers there. One tower is erected in front of the fair office on the parade ground and the other around the ghat. Both towers were operational from Tuesday. Due to this, the mobile and internet service of BSNL has become better. There are no towers of private companies in the fair area, which is causing problems for the consumers of those companies.

TRAI reduced paid channel rates, now watching TV is even cheaper
Telecom regulator TRAI has given the New Year gift to cable TV and DTH users. The regulator has reduced the maximum rate of paid channels from Rs 19 to Rs 12. After this new announcement, the service provider can charge a maximum of Rs 12 per month for any channel. Earlier this rate was Rs 19. Any channel in the channel bouquet offered by the service provider will be included only if its rate is Rs 12 or less. TRAI Chairman RS Sharma has given this information by issuing a statement. Let us tell you that according to the news recently, from March 1, users will be shown 200 free to air channels instead of 100 free channels for Rs 130.
TRAI’s new cable TV and DTH tariff will be implemented from 1 March 2020. In this new tariff system, 200 free-to-air TV channels will be offered to users at Rs 130 (without tax). Earlier, 100 free-to-air channels were offered in this package. In the new announcement made today, TRAI has issued an order to keep channels priced above Rs 12 out of the bouquet list. Customers will be able to subscribe to these channels as stand-alone. TRAI has also asked cable and DTH operators to submit information on the website by 15 January.
For information, let us know that from last year TRAI implemented a new tariff system for cable TV and DTH, in which viewers will pay only for the channels they want to watch. Before the implementation of this new system, viewers or users used to get every channel broadcaster package. Because of which customers had to pay for the channels they did not see. After the implementation of the new system, customers are paying Rs 130 and tax per month. In which they are being shown in 100 channels free. Apart from this, if any viewers want to add paid channels to their package, then they have to pay according to the rate of each channel.
