🍳🥒🍅🍃Good morning everyone 🤓 Its a brand new week and I’m ready to kick butt! Hopefully I’ll get into the gym this week for some mini sessions in between school & work.
For breakfast today I made an omelette (sort of) with mushrooms, zucchini & spinach with a side salad of tomatoes & cucumbers 😍 it was very delicious!

For some reason my parents’ oven makes much better potato wedges than the oven in my flat so every time I come home I make (sweet) potato wedges at least once. These were absolutely PERFECT especially with that avocado ugh yum
