A few years back one of my friends admitted they used to have a crush on me and it Very Much surprised me (for context I'm below average looking with a somewhat milktoast personality) so the idea of someone liking in that manner was Very unexpected. I had no idea how to respond and lowk fumbled the whole encounter and still silently cringe about it too this day 😔
