So... You still in the cookie run fandom or no? Just asking!

Ive never really considered myself in the fandom persay. I never got too deep into posting/making anything cookie run.

I still like it though which Im sure is what you actually mean. I play kingdom now instead of ovenbreak. Not sure why I never picked ovenbreak back up but oh well.

Rewatched the TADC pilot to refresh my memory as a new friend got into it and a new theory has passed through my brain.

Remember Kinger asking about the Insect collection at the start of the episode?

Remember how the fandom decided Kinger likes bugs because of it?

What if theres a different reason? (Or what if theres more to it than just liking bugs?)

Now for this I'm bouncing off the popular "Kinger made the circus" theory.

Imagine for a moment, what if Kinger, pre-getting trapped. Called this project his own special insect collection.

As it Collects people. And puts them On Display as if they were little Insects. Powerless to their situation. Unaware of what really happened, only knowing that they're now Trapped Somewhere.

Just think. Why else would this be said As the group is talking about Pomni being a new trapped human? Kinger is ment to be insane so the comment can easily be brushed off, but if we assume he was once far smarter than he now appears, it could mean more.

"But he says it about the Gloink queens nest too, shouldnt that completely destroy the theory?"

It could if you want to see it that way, sure. Or the previous conversation could still be on his mind, Or its a Moment of his clear Insanity causing him to repeat things when not fully relevant. Given the structure this is building off of, we're assuming this is a phrase Kinger has said a lot in his pre-circus life and likely inside it as well. When the mind goes it leans back on familiarity, thus repeating things. And besides, a nest being called an insect collection isnt too crazy of a stretch. I'll admit I havent thought too deeply how to explain the Gloink Queen insect collection phrase. Its also a question of if it needs to be explained away at all. This is more so for why its said the first time, as it comes out of nowhere and REALLY doesn't make sense.

(These were just very messy sketches done over webcomic screenshots, if i do more I'll do a proper design drawing inspiration so he looks less like a recolour. I already have some ideas........)
