She laughed looking at him, patting her cheeks to try cool their color down “Ah- I’m sorry that must be annoying, when people point that out? It’s just-- well If i have to whisper in your eat I need a stair, you are tall and I’m particularly short so-- I guess we found each other!” she says before break out in another laugh

Possible, but he is not buying it. There’s this distinct shade of redness if it’s coming from the burning sun. ❝ You should wear some sunblock or it’ll turn serious ❞ He chuckled once again, his smile curved wider as well. ❝ I… well thank you. I hear that a lot, actually.❞ The brunette chef’s height is often the first thing strangers took notice of him. Next comes his scary looking eyes, and his interesting thick eyebrows.

Looking up at him she pressed her lips together. Admit she was embarrassed was out of question; she was way too proud for something like that. She had to find a way out of it. “I am too sensible to the weather, maybe you are not as much as me?” she says tilting her head on a side and looking up at him, having to tilt her head back to do so. “Omo why are you so tall--?” she asks, her mouth letting out her thoughts without thinking about it, on it’s own.

❝Are you sure?❞ He asked only to add fuel to his teasing. Hyunjoong curved a smile on his face, and released a tiny chuckle as he find the situation amusing. ❝ It’s not too hot ❞ He declared, lifting both of his palms to check the temperature and humidity. ❝If it does. I bet the two of us will have our face red. Are you embarrassed perhaps?❞

True. Her ‘typical cutie’ appearance was a lie for everyone; make her blush was pretty hard, unless if the other person touched some of her weak spots, and one of those were compliments. That stranger complimenting her by passing by made her face turn of a bright red, and her friend next to her obviously noticed it, deciding to point her blushing with his sentence “Oh well I-” she coughed, clearing her voice “It’s just the hot weather, it’s too hot today, right?”

A date. Such a strange word to her dictionary. “What you work as, if I may ask” She asks looking at him, getting more comfortable in that situation.

“If you were creeping me out dear, I wouldn’t have asked you on a date.”, he grins. “The rest of my day was quiet; uneventful really. Most of my days are since I work at night.”

With a deep sigh suddenly her face seemed more relieved, and she laughed brightly “Oh well this-- thank you, I feel relieved. You are kind and I had the idea I freaked you out or something” she said before laugh again. His words had lifted her a lot, and she tlited her head on a side “So I-- how was your day? I think.. this is a good question to be made?” she says before chuckle again.

Ian chuckles. “Ani. Ani. I didn’t think it was creepy at all. You looked cute staring at me like that. I saw admiration in your eyes; nothing creepy like you were gonna stalk me or anything.”

His sweet gesture was repayed with a warm smile that she gave him as she sits down, careful to smooth her skirt under her butt as she sits “Well it’s not something that happens every day to be-- well so lucky to be repayed with a meeting to a rude act like the one I did. I bet I looked a bit creepy observing you like that”.. she says wrinkling her nose a bit.

Ian chuckles. “You’re very welcome, beautiful. I’m happy you agreed to join me for dinner tonight.” He pulled her chair out for her and offered a soft smile as he waited for her to sit down.

Chuckling back she titled her head “Well who knows, if he is a ‘not asshole’ man as you say love could still bloom, right? Ah-” laughing she poked his chest “Please let me live in my dreamworld of love marriage and happy ever after before I understand how this world really works! You are my friend you should dry my tears later not make my heart of stone now!” she says jokingly

❝ I don’t even see your problem. You only need to stay married to him for a year or so, snatch all the presents and travels and whatever before getting a divorce. That’s not too much of a bad life if you get one of the actually not asshole men. ❞ He chuckled, shrugging a shoulder.

Her cheeks got even redder when he spoke to her, and she bowed her head again trying to hide it from his sight “Oh-- you are too kind, Ian-sshi” she said before look at him with a gentile smile on her lips “Thank you for this kind invitation of yours, it’s a good thing to see such a gentile man again” she says not turning down her smile, playing with her fingers behind her back.

Ian sat at a table in the cafe where he had met that beautiful woman that he would soon see again; hopefully. Hopefully she didn’t get scared and decide not to come. But she did come. A smile grew on his lips when he saw her walk in, and damn was she stunning; like a goddess. He stood as she approached the table and bowed to her. “You look absolutely beautiful.”
