l•w c@l snacks to keep brain active?
Usually on week days I drink coffee before school, fast all day, and have my OMAD when I get home, but I’ve found recently that I get kind of sluggish and slur my speech a bit if I go too long without having any food. I’m on my schools improv team, and I literally cannot afford to be slow on that. This week we have practice every day until 6 to prep for a competition and I can’t be out of it for that. What are some low c@l snacks I can bring to avoid getting sluggish and stupid??? I don’t want to undo all my progress but improv takes a ton of energy and I can’t let the team down 🙏
