Dang. I'm still just hovering there.
I have had quite a few carby meals and eaten late and then I got up early got work, stepped on the scales and was like 64, then days like today where I drank loads of tea last night and ate quite late then slept, woke up at 7am and weighed 64.2 then went back to sleep and have just got up now at half 12 and weighed 63.4. so yeah. Not bad considering I have definitely overeaten some days.
Anyway. I'm off on annual leave as of yesterday. I did a long day as agency and then I've picked up a nightshift tonight and cancelled my other short days. Cause I got annoyed at my manager cancelling my Sunday shift (lots of extra money) when she's still doing a long day as agency. Hmm. So yeah that's my little rebellion. Fuck you.
It's my birthday in a few days, not that I'm doing much for it. Birthdays were kinda ruined for me a long time ago. Bad memories associated with it.
On the bright side, I'm off for a week. So idk if I'll start doing some proper exercise again or not. Idk.
I just wanna buy a house where I can eat/buy what I want and workout when I want.
Also I want bubs to be happy and I know this will make him happier and both of us very much poorer.

Surprised at that. I was 63.5 yesterday.
But yay. Going down again. Will aim to try and get down to 63 by maybe the end of Feb? Idk
Yesterday was a sad day for me. Patient died that I've been intermittently looking after since I started my job, 2 1/2 years ago :/ it was peaceful, all his family were there but still. Sad. Definitely sad and I wasn't there for it too.
Anyway I'm trying to not eat as much when I get home or if I'm working late shifts then just stick to my protein bar + fruit for breakfast.
It's paaaannncake day. So I WILL be making pancakes later. Hehe.

I'm mega surprised at that.
I was 63.4 yesterday I think. And we went to pizza express and I had a giant pizza, I ate crisps and snacks and generally stuffed my face. So I'm mega surprised I'm 63.5 today.
Anyway I'm at work this afternoon. So I'm gonna shovel some poached eggs on toast down h throat and go and get ready. Idk what to take to work with me tbh. Maybe just a protein bar to eat as a snack and an apple or something.
Will try and make my lunch for tomorrow's long day though this morning too.
Gonna walk to/from work today as well. Get that walking in:P

63.7 this morning.
I watched the superbowl. Bubs wanted McDonald's and he was gonna pick one up on the way home but he cba. So I was a little annoyed cause he built me up for it and then didn't deliver :/. But anyway. I missed the first half an hour (I fell asleep) but then I watched the rest of it. Didn't eat too much tbh. More stuffed my face when I got in from work :/
Tonight we're off out for dinner at an Italian place so like 100000 carbs. :/ Idk. Just not in the mood.

64.1ish. Loolll.
I've eaten so much the past few days.
I went on the treadmill for an hour the other day. Walked for 50 mins 40 of those was at the highest incline and then 10ish mins of running.
I ate a fair bit when I got home from work yesterday though too :(
I think some of this weight is doms related? I hope. Cause my legs ache quite badly. Which isn't a bad thing.
Anyway. Long day at work today as nhsp. Woo. Think of the money.
Then superbowl tonight. Haven't bought any snacks or anything (which is good, we had pizza last year) so that's good. Only 1 bottle of beer so me and bubs can share that.
I have to stay awake till bubs comes home anyway. And I've cancelled my shift for tomorrow late. Cause I wont be going to sleep early..... Plus it gives me and bubs a whole day off together.
I'm hoping that weight gain of nearly 1kh us half food and half doms + water weight.

It's birthday month :P
63.3 this morning, wasn't expecting that at all because I ate quite a bit yesterday evening. However I did try and increase the protein. I had a protein bar (guilty pleasure) 2 egg omelette. 2 or3 rich tea biscuits. Erm I had some toast, some quavers. Can't remember what else but it was a fair bit.
I carried on making my rug for a while then I snapped and just had to tidy my entire room, I moved some stuff about and just tidied it all up. Cleared bubs' crap off my treadmill.
Anyway that counted as exercise according to my fitbit (yay)
I'm kinda doing what I planned a day later than planned.
So I was gonna go into town yesterday but I just didn't feel like it. So today it is. I'll get ready, go for a walk and yeah mill about and get my stuff and walk back and that will hopefully set me up for walking on the treadmill later now that it's all tidy.
63.3 is good for me, I never thought I'd be here in a million years. I'm about 9kg down from what I was this time last year.
When I initially said I'd like to be 60kg I thought it was a really stupid goal. That'd I'd never hit it. Let alone hit 65kg tbh.
But I'm getting there. It's up and down and bumpy. But I'm working my way there. I actually feel good about my body. I don't know whether I'll have those skinny legs or washboard abs :P but I'm getting there. My hips have slimmed down a fair bit. My jeans were right at size 14 and now they're a good fit at a 12, could potentially squeeze into a 10.
If I get into a 10 I'll cry cause I was just a 10 when I started uni. So that would be 6 years ago.
Anyway I'm babbling on.
63.3 is progress. So much progress to last year. And I literally can't wait till we get a house have have our own gym room and I can comfortably work out. Because working out at home means my mum embarrasses me. Constantly. Hence why I don't do it much.

63.5. Estimated that cause it was cold and I had my PJs on.
Super tired today. As expected.
Erm a nice non scale victory for me today is that I ordered size 12 trousers from work cause I only had 2 pairs and these one fit, button done up and zip up with room to move. I'm so happy. Never been able to do my trousers up before.

Not bad considering I've flipped from nights to days. And have slept on and off and UST yeah. Not enjoyable and I do not recommend.
Had a study day today so I was up early for me. Was tired and just bleh. Had half a protein bar, crisps, apple other half a protein bar. Some chocolate. Lots of sleep and then 2 boiled eggs + toast and then some more chocolate :/
I've drank a fair bit of water. Probably about 2/2.5L
I walked back from work anyway which was good and then I've basically slept since then. Not great but oh well.
3 long days then 4 days off.. yaaay.

I think I have an ear infection :/ I genuinely can't hear out of my left ear + it's painful.
So yeah I didn't eat much yesterday. Diego for an evening walk with bubs though I was only on 2k steps ish to start with and we walked for an hour so ended up at 8.5ish. Not bad.
Had a super long bath, pampered myself with a face mask.+ Put coconut oil in my hair.
I just wish this ear pain would go away.
3 nights now yay for money but boooo for going back to work.

I was not expecting this.
1.still feel ill, this cold is clinging on with dear life.
2. Me and bubs have been away for a few days. Reliving some bits of our time in notts (aka food heaven)
3. I haven't drank as much as I normally do, I don't think.
So yeah before we went to notts we had breakfast at our favourite little cafe. So there was that (beans on toast with a poached egg)
Then I convinced bubs that we needed to go to nandos :P so I went for the chicken burger and chips and peas.
The next day we went for a very very long walk at Attenborough nature reserve (very very beautiful place). We went to mini golf 😍 and then had wagamamas for dinner.
The final day bubs had hotel breakfast and I really really really wanted one but I know that if I have one then I will literally go all out with the unlimited and probably eat myself into a coma. So I didn't, I had several cups of tea and waited till lunch for our southern fried chicken roll :D we didn't do much on the last half day there. It was bloody freezing and I get grumpy with I'm cold. So we fed the ducks and then came home.
(also our hotel was on the 4th floor and only on our last time going out did we use the lift)
So yeah. Dead surprised that I'm 63.7 this morning. I did try and make good, protein rich choices and I think I did pretty well. Obvs I indulged, we had some cocktails and vodka and coke, doughnuts and crisps and sweets.
So many memories. It was a lovely time to spend our 5 years together.

So I've just had a crappy couple of days. Cancelled my nightshifts cause I felt absolutely awful when I woke up yesterday. But I'd slept all day so it completely messed my sleeping pattern up.....
Anyway on Sunday night I ate loads. Crisps. Everything.
Didn't eat much yesterday cause I just didn't feel like it :/
I just wanna get bettttteeerrrrr
On a positive note - I bought Chloe Madely's book and its actually quite simple. I'm thinking I might start it when I'm better. Not quite sure how it will work out with shifts but I'm encouraged by the simplicity of it.

63.8 (guestimated - don't wanna get out of my PJs :P )
Soo I've not posted in a while cause I've been at work/really poorly.
Basically this cold hanging on and almost sounding like a chest infection to me :/ I've got the worst cough ever, phelgm everywhere and just generally poorly.
So yeah my 3 days at work went okay, I ate my dinners that I cooked on 2 days and I didn't feel like eating much the 3rd day buy a family bought a fruit basket in and I ate a fair few pieces of that.
Same yesterday, I wasn't hungry by bubs made me breakfast in bed and it filled me up for the whole day. I spent it in bed like a boss :D
So today I've picked up 3 nights (cause I'm on annual leave for a week) cause we need the money to buy a house at some point soon. Every penny helps.
The exercise thing.... Not worked cause I can't breathe properly with this cough. So yeah idk. I'll have the rethink that.
I'm still not overly hungry so I don't think these nights will be an issue food wise. I bought some mug shot things to eat. Basically pasta in a sauce in a cup.
Then we're off to notts (where it all began) got our 5 year anniversary.

So I got home from work yesterday and I was gonna go and jump on the treadmill but I was too tired, I just wanted a nice cup of chamomile tea and to sleep. Which I did.
I still woke up tired :(

I swear it's like as soon as I start any kind of exercise my weigh just stagnates.
In all honesty I don't think I'll have time to do a workout today. It's either gonna be that my workout is walking home. Or I get momma to pick me up and I try and get 10/15 mins running done when I get back.
Cbaaaaa for these 3 days in a row. Not cool at all.

So I was just chilling in bed, buying things off asos and I was like damn. I need to get my ass moving and workout.
Soooooooo 1hr 20 mins later... Here I am.
15 min walk
15min run
15 min walk
10 min run
5 min walk
Then 20 mins incline walk on various speeds cause I'm getting worn out.
Now I go into 3 long days at work. With the pressures recently it means I'm having a bit of a shit time :/ plus feeling ill makes me 10x worse...

So I go home from work last night. Ate some pizza my mum cooked, ate some sushi and crashed into bed. I was planning for a workout. I really was but I was so tired and felt so awful after work.
So unfortunately my 1 workout a day has failed already hehe. I genuinely felt really bad this morning too but then why should I, it's not a definite thing. There's gonna be days where I can't. As long as I can manage to move every day (which I was at work so I was walking about constantly!) Then I'll be happy. I'll be happy with like 300+ days of workouts.
So yeah. Still full of cold this morning. Was gonna walk into town. Still might do idk. But if I don't then I think I'll walk for 1 episode of greys anatomy on the treadmill and try and run a little bit for the 2nd.
Aim to get an hour's worth of walking. Which would be about how much to takes me to get to town and back.
