lol I wanna just stop messaging people all together unless they start the conversation to see who actually cares about me but ???? me: talk to this person about what's wrong even tho you know it's irrational it will make you feel better also me: if I tell them that will make them feel bad and that makes me manipulative and we've had this same conversation before anyways so I know how it will go and I'll get over it eventually so for the greater good I should just not talk about it at all
