Once upon a time there was a Creativity…
Creativity - what is it?
Creativity - it is the process of ANY activity by going beyond, using for out-the-box thinking. The Author “invests” a huge part of himself, his work, his abilities, his ideas. Process, Product, Person and Place - make “creative value” from “ordinary”. August Bulleit proved it in the 1830. Tom Bulleit in 1987.
I, as a creative person, decided to do something special, highlighting the concept of the restaurant. This is not a standard collaboration. With science.
Is there an ideal formula? I don’t know. Everyone has their own. And what about the ideal cocktail formula? Theoretically, no. But if it were…
FAcc + B°(T+exT) + Pb5+ Fl = (name)Cockt°
It is universal. And based on this formula, my cocktail looks like this:
FAcc + B°(T5+exT2) + Pb5+ Fl1 + Fl2 + Au = Elemental Cockt°

element #1 FAcc - Food Acceptability in my case: this is the restaurant concept - seafood signature cuisine and high-class alcohol.
element #2 B° - Basic alcohol base and dominant component in my case (imc): B° for Bulleit
element #3 T - Taste there are 5 basic and 2 extras of tastes in the world T - 5 basic taste: sweet - imc - wild strawberry & rose cordial - as a symbol of the national berry and flower of Alaska State salty - imc - sea salt bitter - imc - classic Angostura aromatic bitter’s sour - imc - lemon fresh umami - imc - langoustine - one of the most popular dishes of restaurant exT - 2 extra taste: spicy - imc - sichuan and ancho peppers - as the most fragrant and spicy peppers astringent - imc - Basmati rice water - as the most aromatic and starchy rice
element #4 Pb - Palatability there are 5 basic and mandatory items: temperature - imc - cold as the name of our restaurant. Alaska texture - imc - viscous texture due to rice water shape - imc - perfect shape glass for decanting & cheers! sound - imc - like the soothing symphony in my mixing glass color/glossiness - imc - ruby like the midnight sun of Alaska state & matt black as mysterious black matter
element #5 Fl - Flavor there are 2 types of flavor Fl1 - pre-decanting - imc - floral & vanilla with strong Fl2 - after-decanting - imc - spicy & fruits
My finishing moves will be a little leaf of gold. element #6 - Au - Aurum (Gold) why gold? Because it is special as a whiskey Bulleit. Gold - is the ability to destroy our frontier, as Bulleit Family does.
It was the story of creating my perfect cocktail formula. Of my Elemental. It’s peculiarity is that it consist of all possible existing elements.
