It’s not a second wedding, it’s renewing your vows. I will be sure to invite you if we ever deem it nessessary.

I’m sure you do have some expertise in numerous fields. One might hope so for how long you’ve lived.

Should have a second wedding just so I can go to it, can’t leave me out right? Can’t leave your buddy out, huh huh?

Do you know that what you're talking about is limited by you’r false sense of realty? If you’d put more effort into your work while in school then you might have been not nearly as blinded by these fallacies that have cast a cloud over your judgment. I once knew a guy like you who had everything he could ever had, but in the end it meant nothing because he never knew his true place in the grand scheme of things. I’m not trying to tell you how to live your life, but, honestly I think it’s about time you stepped down off your high horse and acknowledged life for what it is.

I was trapped into this marriage long ago, I fear you may be too late.

Hopefully not, but I’ll let you know if I ever require any further advice.

A intimate relationship and I wasn’t even told?! How cruel, at least invite me the the wedding when it happens. Not that none of us knew ‘bout you and that coffee cup, bit too much cream in it sometimes if ya know what I mean. Don’t need my tips just for switching though, bet they wont mind sharing yeah?

          Silence absolutely was not an appropriate response to the child’s question, though Fumus found himself nonplussed over why one might be wandering the halls, especially at such an unfortunate hour. And, as he would, he wondered just who this was. 

“I’m God.”

          Blunt, precise, and almost sharp. The usual. Fumus was not at all offended by the innocent question, it made sense considering how indirectly he handled his business anyway. Albeit, he still found himself harboring a vague feeling of irritation. Maybe he could have spoken more softly, but the boy had surprised him and he didn’t like it.

“Who are you?”

          Now he felt almost silly.

“Who are you?” Children aren’t meant to talk to strangers, and it’s far from an ideal situation for a child to be speaking to a divine being. Although, he didn’t know that. He had a faint smell of ashes and smoke, but he wouldn’t question it. He looked nothing of what the young demon has seen before. He didn’t have horns, or a tail… Not even pointy ears! And they seemed to lack sharp teeth, as most demons had them. He wasn’t sure of what to think of the being infront of him. He was…new.

Sounds about right.

But I don’t think the tips will be necessary ---  I’ve already got a pretty intimate relationship with it. I’ll be sure to keep it as a reference in case I decide to switch brands, though.

Nice to meet you too, I meant that I’d just made one before this one, or something like that. It’s been a while so I don’t exactrly remember.

Apparently it’s a similar pronounciation to hummus. You speak English, so you might have read my name as foo-muhs or something. Idk.

Simon is a nice name, I think I won’t shorten it. But I’ll keep that in mind in case speed becomes a necessity.
