Adding to this cause I heard a good quote recently: the problem when someone is your everything is that, when they leave, you’re left with nothing
a very useful lesson I've learned: one person can't be your EVERYTHING (healthily). expecting one singular person to be your entire support system and meet every single one your needs is way too much and unhealthy. that's why its important to have friends outside of your romantic relationship, maybe have a THERAPIST *cough*, family, something. And like some people will be really good at some things and not others. Maybe this person is really good at helping out but not very good with providing emotional support. Like ONE PERSON SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE EVERYTHING. THAT'S ALL
