I'm moving to cakemadeofbees.tumblr.com! Why do you ask? Because tumblr is silly.  If you were already following my cat-tumblr, prettyittybittykitty, then you're all set, you're already following me in the new place.  I just did some naming switch-a-roos to make my life easier.  This blog shall always be here just in case, but I'll be posting over in the new place from now on.

Well, we can show clips for self promotion, but we can't show the shows because they belong to PBS and Scholastic.

I agree though, I wish they would make them more available to watch.  I can't tell you how often I get into a conversation with someone who wants to see something but I can't show them because there is nothing online to point them to.  It's so frustrating.

Chuck is my favorite villain.. but its hard to decide if he's my favorite character...

this is too hard.. I love so many of them... and all for stupidly dumb reasons.

Chuck the Evil Sandwich Making Guy. 

Almost every line of dialog this dude has makes me laugh so hard.  I feel for him. I want to take care of him.  I want him to be happy and to eat sandwiches forever.  He is a brilliant man! he invents amazing machines! he's terrible at video games! He has so much depth! HE LIVES WITH HIS MOM! Not to mention that he is fun to animate, he's so squashy.

The second team up episode between he and his brother Brent is one of the funniest episodes I've ever seen.  I watched it with Dan Flynn yesterday and we were both losing it pretty bad. 

One of the best parts of that episode was when Chuck failed at another robbery and says "I'm a victim!" I have no idea if this was in the script or if it was from Fred Stoller himself but it was perfect. 

NOT TO MENTION, Brent is Tom Kenny doing an impression of Fred Stoller and its perfect and hilarious.  I secretly get very very excited whenever I know we are about to do a Chuck episode.

Does one ever really stop loving someone?

Just to clarify, I have no idea how canon Scoops and Violet are.  Like I said in the previous question I answered, it was very much a personal opinion.  I'm not one of the writers on the show, but I have watched all the episodes you guys have and that is the conclusion I've come to.  Consider me a fan who has opinions about the show she works on.

That being said, Becky likes all the boys.. and the girls.  Becky likes everyone and wants everyone to like her.  NOW who she likes likes.. she had it pretty bad for Hunter Throbheart if you remember.  The dreamy kid from "Unglund."  I think at eight or ten or however old she is you really don't know what you want yet.  Let Becky play the field, figure out who she is as a lady.  Let Becky get her groove back.  Play the field..

Right now I don't know.  But I'm sure everyone here would be super happy to do it again.  About a month after we finished making the first movie, we rented out a small local theater and saw it together.  It was fantastic to see it on the big screen!

Afterwards, my boss comes up to me and tried to trick me that there were a whole bunch of mistakes in the movie that I hadn't fixed and I freaked out.  Hanna is gullible.

That movie premiere was also the night I met Steve Young's son, who had just been born a week previous. Steve made a onesy for him with a picture of Sammy Sub on it and it was the cutest thing ever.

I'm not mad that you ask stuff at all!

I just think that if I reveal any details that happens in the show before it airs ruins it for you, even if you really badly want to know something its still best to see it in the story as it happens instead of knowing what to expect.  Anticipation is half the fun of enjoying a show!

We had a lot of emails going around in studio before the WordGirl movie came out reminding everyone not to show any pictures of Ms. Power so we wouldn't spoil the surprise, and because of that, it was better reveal for the fans.

I will say that the last episode we worked on in-house had something really important happen to Becky and Scoops and it was one of my favorite moments in the series so far.
