Okay. That. That's hysterical.
To be fair, one of the main reasons Siffrin's wish went so incredibly wrong is that everyone in Vaugarde was wishing for the exact same thing, which lent that one desire an VERY unusual amount of power. In a place where no Huge National Emergency is going on, I imagine that the results would be a little less catastrophic.
...That being said. It is incredibly funny to imagine that whenever an Islander visits a new place, hundreds of tiny, chaotic wishes of all flavors are simultaneously granted. At least some of which are likely to be petty, meanspirited, and/or just outright ridiculous.
Imagine waking up one morning and greeting a stranger that's showed up in town. They're friendly enough, and they're just passing through, so they don't really stick out in your mind. Then, they go to the local Favor Tree equivalent, and all at once, half of the town's architecture is rearranged, all the food in the market has been swapped out for pastries, a sparkly pony with wings has appeared in your child's bedroom, your favorite dress is missing and turns up in a neighbor's closet, and while the local healers are celebrating the dozen or so miracle cures that happened overnight, they're also suddenly swamped with people who've had their lips glued shut or who are wearing permanently wet socks that can't be removed from their feet.
Before I say something, I forget if I made this up or if it was canon. Is the reason that Siffrin had so much wish power because no one in Dormont knew how to wish so all the half-formed wish craft was kind of just lingering at the Favor Tree until Siffrin accidentally used it all on their wish? My brain is failing on me, I can't recall
#...of course. this could also have horrifying implications for any time a big emergency DOES pop up.#because the more dire the situation is‚ the worse a resulting wish craft disaster would be!#if the original emergency wasn't all THAT bad‚ then any Wish Craft shenanigans are probably also gonna be tame by comparison.#but if the original situation WAS catastrophically bad...#bad enough‚ perhaps‚ that huge amounts of people started wishing for the same thing...#cake chats#isat spoilers#in stars and time spoilers

Early bird gets to hold hands with their clone while getting depressed about scars and the memories they once held!!! #JustLoopThings
Fun(?) fact: Not only does their body not have any of their past scars, but Loop doesn’t remember much from before the loops!
They remembered a lot more when they were a star with a direct connexion to the Universe’s absolute knowledge, but now that they came back as a human(?), these memories are limited and completely drowned out by the trauma. Whenever they try to remember something, they remember the loops first, which prompts them to swiftly stop trying to remember anything at all!! Which sucks because they do want to remember past events!! But it is also pushing them to not hold on too hard on the past and create new memories? They feel very conflicted about all of this
