Strawberry Cookie Time!!!

The last time I drew her it felt like I just drew a pink version of PearlescentMoon, which as much as I adore Pearl, it was NOT the vibe. And I love a hoodie as much as the next person, but as I was drawing I got the tiny little idea to give her a hijab instead. (Aka I hate drawing hoodies because it can get very boring very fast especially with multiple outfits)

You know what, for my first time drawing any sort of head scarfs I don’t think these turned out half bad

Yes there is a giant empty space (how kind of you to notice) it’s for future outfits (I also have a blank base for said future outfits)

Bravegang in moments of respite! In the Faerie Kingdom, Elder Faerie gifted Gingerbrave some new boots that are enchanted to give him improved mobility. Plus him and Wizard dancing in the rain bc why not

HEY why are these children being put in charge of a kingdom

Some thoughts about them in relation to my AU/timeline below :D

AUUUGH I LOVE THESE THREE!! The way their personalities each balance each other out is SO <333 they’re so fun.

After spending the first few months of their life in the Witch’s House before finally escaping, they're let out into the world at the ripe (mental) age of 12. GingerBrave, though not by title, definitely acts as leader of the trio most times. He’s the man with the (usually very stupid) plan and the other two are trying to make sure he doesn’t get himself KILLED. Sometimes it’s hard to understand how these three are even friends, with how vastly different they all are!

And yet they are INSEPARABLE.

Wizard and GingerBrave butt heads a LOT. They care a lot about each other, but GingerBrave’s reckless impulsivity often gets under Wizard’s dough, and his temper is as short as he is </3. Strawberry isn’t great at speaking up when something’s bothering her, so she usually just tries to stay out of the way…And the other two don’t often notice. Whenever they notice her getting insecure, though, they’re always quick to encourage her, in their own way.

Because of their bond and friendship initially forming under a shared need to survive (the Witch’s House was NOT an easy time for them), there’s a lot of underlying issues between them…And a lot of resentment, mostly towards GingerBrave, as the one who usually takes charge and puts himself and his friends in Situations. This surely won’t be an issue in the future!
