Again, very open to it. She goes about her cannibalism and/or murders in a rather hedonistic way, so not very much scares her off in that regard. Blood, knives, biting, binding; all that stuff is usually on the table. Admittedly, Kore has more of a desire in experimenting sexually with things like boundaries, open communication on kinks, etc. since she never would've had the opportunity to explore safety in sex before.

She can't possibly fathom why, but the email is legit. And the eel sinner that picks her up in the lobby seems to be aware that she is meant to be here. So Kore follows, her tail almost tucked between her legs as she's led down, down, down...

But then they arrive. The space is roughed up more than she expects. And the assistant that brought her down is all too eager to ride right back up the elevator and leave her standing in place.

Kore squeaks as she suddenly finds the barrel of a gun pointed straight at her, tail flicking sharply as she takes a step back and winces.

"Hi! Hello there!" She tries to smile, reaching down to grip her tail with both hands before it can do something stupid like try and impale him (again). "I got your email! That's... why I'm here, hah..."

Oh they definitely overdressed. But there's something almost cute about it. The excitement in their eyes, the blush on their cheeks ...oh yeah, and the clothes are pretty neat too.

Honestly, Cherri thinks she likes the gag just because it's Pentious.

And when Pentious touches her chest, it becomes Cherri's turn to blush and glance away. An attempt to cover it up is made when she scoffs. "You don't gotta say shit like that..."

! Yes, yes it is exactly on the nose! Oh, what have they gotten themselves into. A yelp as they're yanked in before they could even take Cherri in, flustered and utterly bashful.

Kore can't recall an embrace that's ever been so comfortable. Her eyelids droop, but Maeve's voice causes her tail to twitch, and she finds herself a little more awake again.

With a quiet chuckle, Kore reaches up and rests a hand against the top of Maeve's chest, her fingertips brushing over the feathers.

"I don't suppose you offer this up to every sad tiefling to meet...?" She asks, softly, but amused. "Or am I just special?"

Looking away from him, Kore's gaze drops to her hands. One of them cradles a bruise on her wrist, self-inflicted from all the time she had spent thrashing about when she had been tied up last.

She would hate to keep living like this. She wonders if Astarion hates the care he needs to provide her on those nights...

"...it's okay. If you're afraid too," Kore speaks up, meeting Astarion's gaze again as she tilts her head very slightly.

It's... foreign to talk so sincerely with Astarion of all the others, prompt him to try and do the same towards her. And frankly, she's tired of indulging just so that she can forget everything that's been eating her from the inside out. The bliss has worn off. Maybe it wasn't ever helping to begin with.

i've said before that the d.ark urge's story is just a fucked up version of a.nastasia. that said, my heart aches imagining kore singing 'journey to the past.' girlie wants to believe there's people out there who loved her or miss her, and there's just... no one. there never was.

It doesn't feel like it's much different. She was resisting and fighting it already. Knowing where it comes from now doesn't do much to soothe her... It makes her feel worse, actually, to realize she's experiencing the worst of divine intervention.

Kore's eyes close as she takes in Astarion's words. How easy would it be for her to lean forward, rest in his embrace, indulge in his company, and pretend he's right? She's done it before. So many times on this adventure of theirs. It would be so easy to just...

Eyes open up and eventually land on Astarion's face again. "Just to process all of this. Because... it's really not fine," She expresses with a smile, as sad of one as it appears to be. "I'm not fine. Not when you could be dead next morning just because I wanted a stupid cuddle tonight... It's not worth it."

How do you celebrate Father's Day?

"I gave my father some rather silly gifts when I was a child on Father's Day - scribbled cards, or trinkets I found that I thought were pretty. I hoped they'd bring him luck. As I got older, it became less about the gifts I could give him and more about the time we spent together, whether that was walking together. Or cooking. Or visiting the temples. All he ever asked for was my time...
