tour diaries ✮ sxsw 2025 ✮ mar 9-13 ✮ austin, tx

I PLAYED SXSW FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!!!!!!! when i tell you, this has been on my bucket list for literally my entire life…. a dream come true! apologies for the delay on my tour diary!!! i have a bunch of posts to get up here, but let’s start with sxsw :)

✮ highs and lows ✮ playing 5 shows 5 days straight was a true test of my stamina as an artist!!! i pushed myself but also had to listen to my body during multiple parts of our run. these shows are sooo important to me, so making sure my vocal health and care was 100% was crucial. there’s times where i had to stay in and rest my voice instead of going out and having fun. but that’s tour life!!! i made it through every single show and boy was it an incredible experience <3

one of the coolest moments of the entire week, was when i had the privilege of opening for psychic fever on our day stage!!!!!! they are so sweet and talented 🥹 it was such an incredible experience

✮ tour outfit ✮ i had so many favorite outfits that i wore at sxsw!!! the one above was an all time favorite - the tank is from the jeremy scott era of moschino (my favorite!!!) and shorts are ed hardy of course!

and my other favorite outfit has to be my cowboy fit!!!! i had so much fun shopping in austin, and one of my favorite spots was allen boots! i had never seen anything like it in my life - a full authentic cowboy apparel store! boots and hats everywhere i was in love

the biggest shoutout to everyone who came up to me and said hi at sxsw <3 this was such a career highlight for me and i’m so lucky to have had this opportunity!!! tour is not slowing down, and i have a bunch of diaries to catch you all up on 🎧 see u soon

tour diaries ✮ march 1 ✮ oklahoma city, ok ✮

OKLAHOMA CITY!!!!! wow…. was this show a fucking blast or what :) show #3 and you definitely showed out as the best crowd yet!!!!

the weather was so beautiful here all weekend, and i was really getting into the vibe. people are so nice here and we felt so beyond welcome at penn square mall <3

✮ highs and lows ✮ i can’t even tell u how many of y’all i met and took photos with during this show!!!! so many moments of telling me how you connected with my music and art…. it was such a surreal moment for me. i’m not going to lie, i wasn’t sure what my my turnout in OKC was going to be! i’m a gay boy singing pop songs and honestly was prepared for the opposite. boy was i surprised :’)

we added a new song to the setlist!!! as if i couldn’t make it even more gay, i did a cover of “one of your girls” by troye sivan! i grew up on troye and i adore the last record he released last year - this was soooo much fun 🎧

my low of this day has to be getting used to performing 5 sets a day at the mall!!! now don’t get me wrong, it was a blast - but wowwweeeee do i have my vocal care in full swing!!!! we are steaming, drinking throat coat tea, using grether’s pastilles (my favorite) and not skimping out on warm ups!!

✮ mall report ✮ this mall was very my vibe and i had to keep myself from shopping too much…… and this mall was humongous OMG. i must say we could definitely use some more coffee options here!! but boy was this mall busy all day!

✮ tour outfit / favorite spot ✮ i LOVEDDD my outfit this day!!! i found a rly sick curated vintage shop called dog daze vintage in midtown, ok the day before the show! i stumbled upon a vintage martina mcbride shirt and i just thought that was everything lmaoo!!! of course i had to buy and wear for the show date.

✮ what i’m listening to on the van ✮ so much new music for me this week!!! favorite brand new release of the week has to be “so close to what” - tate mcrae!!! like wowwww it’s been on repeat all week. favorite song has to be “i know love” with the kid laroi. the production across this album is soooo pop and full of addictive ear candy and i can’t get enough

also very obsessed with the indie music i heard all across oklahoma city! i rediscovered two favorites i haven’t heard in a second - “i’ll try anything once” by the stokes / “on melancholy hill” by gorillaz. i adore both of these songs so much, and heard this vibe all across the city. i love it.

austin, texas you’re up next this weekend!!!!!! and i maaaaaayyyyyy or may not be seeing u at SXSW next week ;) but u didn’t hear that from me (yet) xx

i’m so lucky to live the life i’m living. it took a long time to feel this way again. there were a really hard few years where there wasn’t always an answer or light at the end

i’m 25, and traveling the country on my first national tour performing my art every weekend. im so fucking thankful. thank you thank you thank you thank you

tour diaries ✮ february 28th ✮ oklahoma city, ok ✮

what a beautiful first day in oklahoma city! our first day off on tour exploring, and what a cool city this was to explore. i had sooo much fun in so many vintage stores, record stores, restaurants and moreeee. this was my second time in OKC, and wow y’all were so welcoming <3

i was so obsessed with our hotel location, because i was getting my full indie boy country fantasy between the casey’s gas station and hustler hollywood on our street LOL. i brought my brand new polaroid i-2 to this stop and i was so impressed with the film. instant photography and film has been so fun for me to express my artistry over the last few years, and im so excited to document with it on tour.

✮ highs and lows ✮ our first day was cooper’s (my dog’s) birthday, so i decided to bring him along on all of our adventures this day :’) we had incredible vegan food at the press in midtown, ok! i had the vegan sloppy joe and vegan nachos…… dude it was so good. i wasn’t expecting perfect vegan food in oklahoma, but y’all seriously showed out. honestly didn’t have a low this day!!! so much fun <3

✮ favorite spot ✮ this has to be one of my favorite record stores of all time…. our whole tour team had a pop up at trolly stop record shop in midtown, ok! the amount of legendary vintage vinyls and antiques here that i’ve never seen in my life before was INSANE!!! coolest thing i bought was a framed collectors edition billboard LPs chart from 1967 for $20….. i couldn’t believe my eyes!!!! we spent hours here going through vinyls, cds, magazines and hanging out :) it was such a sick experience!!! we ♥️ u trolly stop record shop, and thanks for having us!!!

✮ what i’m listening to on the van ✮ right before i flew to OKC, i had a few days in my new apartment in east hollywood los angeles! i was on a fun little date, and we were listening to olivia rodrigo - guts on CD. i forgot how much i adore pretty isn’t pretty… the production and vocal performance of this song is probably my favorite olivia’s ever done. it’s been my most listened to track of the week, and probably will be for the next coming fewwww

tour diaries ✮ february 21st/22nd ✮ houston, texas ✮

FIRST SHOW!!!!! this was our first weekend of tour and wow, what a kind welcome we got in texas. i’ve literally never been to texas so this was sooooo exciting for me.

i must say….. wtf it was so cold </3 we happened to be in houston during some of y’all’s coldest weather in the last few years!!! needless to say, i was definitely freezing the entire time hahaha.

we played both friday and saturday at katy mills!!! i met so many new people and had the privilege of sharing my art with them. touring the malls is rly cool for me because i never got the chance to tour the USA during my loverboy era - which has some of my most upbeat pop music i’ve ever made. loverboy was my pandemic baby, so it’s so fun to bring this music to life city after city

✮ highs and lows ✮ opening night of tour always have their ups and downs! honestly one of my highs was riding in the tour van for the first time!!!! we landed in houston, and got picked up by the greater than tour van!!!!! i was like holy shit… i’m really on tour right now this is crazy. my low definitely was getting used to traveling and performing same day. this was soooo new for me and i definitely took it like a champ! this is tour life and there’s for sure gonna be moments where i can’t let being tired take over.

✮ mall report ✮ i thought this would be a fun section to add in every week to share my favorite parts of each mall we visit! i could not believe it……. this mall has a bass pro shop inside it!!!!! i was like dude that is crazy. growing up in new york, we never had anything like bass pro shop, so anytime im down south i must visit!!!!

✮ tour outfit ✮ i <3 this outfit this day! my shirt is thrifted from a shop i love in burbank, california called the holding company! their mens vintage collection is insane and my favorite! i swear jorts and a loafer have become my new uniform….. so expect to see lots of it this tour hahahaha

✮ what i’m listening to on the van ✮ i said i was going to share music im listening to in each city, but lucky for me i forgot my headphones at home 😍 and sat through two silent flights……. lol

but trust me tons of new music recommendations coming ur way shortly.

✮ favorite spot ✮ we didn’t have too much time this week to explore the city, BUT oh my god… we went to Chuy’s Tex-mex and it was soooooo good. i’ve been vegan for over ten years, so i’m on a mission to find the best vegan food in every city. i got the veggie enchiladas and yup! 10/10

another high that needs it own moment has to be being on a songwriting panel with princess superstar <3 we talked all about our songwriting and creative process….. SOOO FUN!!!! she’s a pop genius so this was such a sick experience!!!
