Tilly and Jade had grown close over their first campaign and always kept in touch when they ended. It was easy to have and keep Jade as a friend and she was excited to meet another member of the blonde’s family. She knew Jade didn’t like to talk about her family much, but was happy when she opened up about having a twin sister. Tilly had sisters but none of them were twins of hers and definitely not identical twins. “Oh no.” Tilly blushed covering her cheeks with her hands. “I may have attracted just a little bit of it, but as long as you don’t get caught that’s the main thing, right?” she chuckled. “Ummm…yeah. I already have a drink though.” she grinned holding up her half empty glass of a margarita. “What’s good to eat here?”

Jocelyn and Jade were the only ones that tried to distance themselves from the family business but how far away from it could you really be when everything the have gotten has come from said business? That’s why Jocelyn and Jade just decided to try to discuss their family with only people they trusted. The rumors were heavy. She grinned softly, and let out a soft laugh. “Well Jade wouldn’t have been drawn into a friendship if you didn’t have some mischeif in you.” She nodded with a grin. “Okay, let me know when you need the next one. I can make you a mean margarita. That would depend are you leaning more towards italian or american? For a pub, we have a good variety of food selections.”

Randie had been into older people since she was young. She wasn’t sure if it was because both of her parents had abandoned her and she needed the security or what. She also didn’t really care. If it got her away from her adopted parents home for awhile, she was good with it. She knew that Tatianna had a lot on her plate and tried to make her forget about it at least for a little while. Her eyebrows rose as the older woman began explaining what was happening on the phone call. “Money does equal power. I mean, my ethics professor tries to tell me different, but we all know it’s bullshit.” she shrugged. College was a necessary evil for Randie. She knew she needed it to get a good job so she could get as far away from her Bible humping parents as soon as possible. “What is he going to use the guns for? I mean, don’t they hire people to do their killing and what not?” she asked taking another sip of her drink. “My day was okay. This girl passed out like four times during my sociology exam. They had to send us home early and stop the test. I think we should all get As. Emotional distress and all that.” she smirked.

Honestly Tatiana had been surprised when Randie showed interest in her. Though she quickly came to realize that Randie was far more mature and smarter than most people her age and well that made for a very interesting time. She hummed in agreement, she had been in the force to long to argue otherwise. “That is true, though it shouldn’t be that way. But we both know it will take generations for anything to change.” She said honestly no matter how much she was trying to fight the system herself. There was only so much someone could do. She chuckled softly, the Armani name among others in the city carried various rumors. That’s all they were so far, rumors without the slightest proof to be real. The fronts for all the crime families seemed to be extremely solid which was what worried Tatiana. Educated criminals always out lasted and went beyond brute ones. “We aren’t entirely sure. We don’t know if it was a stunt to cover officers he has on his payroll or a stunt to take eyes of the ones he has.” She laughed softly as she hummed softly placing a kiss on Randie’s temple. “I’m sure, there is a policy to help you Ace the test but am also sure you are smart enough to pass the exam on your own.” She grinned softly, “You know there is always a reward if you do.”

Mayte nodded. She already knew this. They talked into the late hours her first few nights away all the time just missing being around each other. “Like I said. We don’t like being away from each other for long periods of time.” she shrugged. This girl always thought she was telling Mayte something she didn’t already know and it was annoying. “Yeah, it’s not usually smart to go out with someone who’s tired. I mean if she needed three times the caffeine that would’ve been your first clue.” Mayte sighed and shrugged again. “She has never quit on me so I guess that’s the difference.” She stared at Majo for awhile before blowing out a soft breath. “She didn’t say you were coming. She just said for me to meet her here for lunch so I guess I am now. Where are we going? Hopefully somewhere that has a good burger.”

God, Majo really needed them to get on with it. She could sense the jealousy coming from the other girl and well honestly, Majo was over the crush she had on the green eyed brunette. She hummed softly as she nodded, “I know, I told her to ask you to come with. I figured if i said I was coming you couldn’t come and I did not want to deal with a moody Fray.” She said with a soft shrug of her own. Shr rolled her eyes softly at Mayte, honestly how do they not notice how couplely they sound when they fucken talk about each other? She hummed softly, “I’m sure you will be able to convince her of that because I don’t think I can have vegan for lunch todays in a row.” She smirked softly as she saw Freya coming from the conference room. “Speaking of the devil.”

Freya licked her lips as she notice Majo and Mayte talking to each other. Majo had tendency to be pushy, specially around Mayte. She honestly didn’t know why she agreed to have lunch with both. Well technically she owed Majo lunch for letting her get out early the first whole week Mayte had been back. Plus she wanted her friends and Mayte to get along like she did with Mayte’s friends. She smiled as she reached them out of instinct her arm went around Mayte’s waist as she got closer to them. She placed a kiss on Mayte’s temple, she could sense she was tense. “Hey, Babe. I hope you don’t mind, Majo tagging along for lunch.” She smiled softly as she leaned in to whisper into Mayte’s ear. “I promise she will be civil.”

Tilly had only been back in town for a week. She had been overseas modeling and she had two months before she had to start a new campaign in Canada so she wanted to make the most of her time at home. She was staying with her parents, but their place was so far from the city that she was already looking for an apartment to move to. She was making good money from modeling and had been saving it faithfully so she knew she could afford a nice place. She had come out to a bar with some friends and they were having a good time when the waitress came and checked on them. One of her friends called out that she recognized her as a model named Jade who Tilly had worked with. When the woman said she was mistaken, Tilly remembered Jade had a twin. “Right! You’re Jocelyn. Jade’s twin. I’m Tilly. I worked with your sister overseas on some campaigns. It’s nice to finally meet you.” she smiled holding her hand out to her.

Jocelyn smirked softly impressed that one of Jade’s friends would pay enough attention to know about her. She knew Jade wasn’t much to chat about their family. Though the twins had a close bond, she knew she shared about her to only the people she truly trusted which meant Tilly was one of them. She smiled and shook Tilly’s hand. “It’s nice to meet you too. My sister has told me quite the stories.” She teased with a wink, “Don’t worry, I’m pretty sure she is the trouble magnet not you.” She hummed softly, “Did you want to grab something to eat or maybe a drink?”

Randie crossed her legs and leaned back in the chair she sat in as she pretended not to listen to Tatiana’s conversation. Moving her hands to her lap she frowned as she noticed the chip in her nails. She needed to get them completely re-done now. Looked like a trip to the nail salon. She shrugged as the other woman promised no more interruptions from her work. “You’re busy. I get it. Want a drink?” she asked looking around for the liquor and finding it. She made her way to the mini bar and poured them a drink. “Who stole the patrol car?” she asked placing a glass in front of Tatianna before going back to her seat and taking a long sip.

Tatiana hummed softly as Randie like always was understanding. The younger woman had been a force of nature that surely had given Tatiana a run for her money. She really kept her on her toes but most importantly she made her forget about her job when she wasn’t there. She nodded, “Please, that sounds delightful.” She rolled her eyes, seriously she was getting tired of the younger Armani Generation. They loved testing how much Daddy’s money got get them away with things. “Just some over spoiled Brat, Val Armani. He still a minor and well his daddy has the money and influence to keep him about of juvie, but seems it might not be so lucky this time. The two officers that drove the vehicle said they guns aren’t in the glove compartment after we received the squad car back.” She hummed softly, “What about you love, how was your day?”

Mayte kept her hand stuffed into her cropped jean jacket as she walked into the police station. She wasn’t being arrested or anything, just visiting Freya. Of course, she forgot that Majo worked there and rolled her eyes before coming into full view of the other woman. “Hey, Majo.” she said with a half smile before stopping a few paces away from her desk and looking around the precinct. Her eyebrow rose as the other woman said she was glad that she was back. She didn’t remember hanging around the woman a lot when she was at home before so why would she be so glad for Mayte to be back home? “Yeah, we don’t like to be far from each other too long.” she nodded, giving the area another look. Her eyes came back Majo as she mentioned Freya being the worst wing woman. “You guys went out?”

Majo grinned lightly as the words left Mayte’s lips. Honestly how did does two not know they were practically married already? She chuckled softly. “Yeah, I heard that from her two. She needs three time the caffeine the first few days your gone.” Majo usually avoided being partnered with the Brunette when Mayte was fresh off a trip. She could only take so much of her friend’s useless lesbianism. She rolled her eyes and sighed softly, “If you can even call it that. We went out for drinks and she quit on be after an hour.” She ran her fingers through her arburn hair. “I don’t know how you can consider her fun.” She teased lightly. “I’m guessing you are gonna join us for lunch?”

Jocelyn grinned softly, it always amused her when someone mistook her for her twin. Her and Jade were polar opposites. One ruled the runaways and the other ruled the bar scene. Well Jocelyn wouldn’t say rule more like she just happened to own a really popular bar. She was having a beer since it was her day off, she had just wanted to pass by and make sure everyone had everything they needed. She chuckled softly, “I’m sorry, you have the right face but the wrong person, darling.”

“I hope this isn’t as bad as it looks.” Tatiana licked her lips softly as she looked up at the other. She sighed softly to the phone, being the police chief has starting to be a headache.  She let out a soft hum, “You know what, set up a meeting for first thing monday. I’ll deal with this. Majo grinned as the other girl came into view, she knew Mayte wasn’t her biggest fan. Majo’s history with Freya was the reason for that. Majo knew that Freya was deeply in love with Mayte. Honestly she wanted to scream at them and tell them to get their heads out of their asses already and date but she knew better than to push Freya. She licked her lips, “Hola, Ballerina.
