What is your opinion on my world where all sex is illegal except for roadhead btw?

ngl, making sex illegal won't change anything in my life (single)(computer science major)(no game)

Driving does stress the hell out of me, so maybe roadhead would be a solution for me.

I do have a few practical questions.

Would the gouvernent change the car manufactering safety standards to account for roadhead? Or is this more a "we don't condemn nor condone, be responsible and reasonable" type vibe?

Would in vitro fertilization be easily and cheaply accessible? Or are we going more for a population control type of vibe?
