Parenting starter sentences part 1 - put on in my ask box

"You have to check under the bed for monsters or —- will never sleep."

"Damn, we’re out of formula, where’s open at 3am?"

"How is it possible to scream for so long?"

"First tooth came through yesterday and —- already bites me."

"They grow up so fast."

"I don’t think I’ll be able to eat chocolate mousse ever again."

"And you look brilliant." He said sincerely, understanding that she didn't mean anything by the insult. "Of course, my prince." He laughed. "C'mon, T. They're waiting for us." The night was sure to be one to remember, and he secretly was very excited.

"More than enough time but it’s not like it’ll change anything, at least not to her." Teddy murmured with a roll of her eyes. It didn’t really make any sense to her, so that was why she never really listened to when her grandmother told her about not going there. 

She let out a laugh at his reaction to her pushing him, smirking once more as she gave Victor yet another push teasingly. “I guess we wouldn’t, who knows when I’ll ever see you in a suit again.” Theodora teased lightly, rolling her eyes at him once more as he jokingly bowed. “You look stupid doing that, I hope you know that.”

Of course she didn’t mean anything too mean because she always said little things like that to him, it was like whenever she did, it didn’t really mean the full insult or something. It was hard to explain but to her, it made perfect sense. “Well come on, Princess, let’s go dance the night away.” Theodora added, extra sarcasm in her words along with fake excitement.

"Yeah. It suits you." He replied, placing a gentle kiss to her forehead. "For being here for me. For being such a good friend." He closed his eyes and held her to his chest. "I love you." As a friend, clearly.

"Of course not." He said, smiling to himself as Teddy's hair changed color. "I like this color." He said absently. It was nice just being with Teddy. She was his best friend and he didn't know how he would get through things like this without her. "Thank you.." He murmured.

"I'm sure.." He kissed her back before wrapping his arms around her as she leaned into him. "Right. Of course." He said, leaning into Teddy's hand. He was glad Teddy was there. She always knew how to make him feel better.

Victor ran his fingers through his hair. "She said he would be fine, but who knows if she was just saying that to comfort me?" He placed his hand on her back and deepened the kiss for a moment. "I'm sure everything will be okay." He said, more to himself than to Teddy.
