Books are funny with me cause i read like a pretty good amount as a kid and then the ADHD hit and now reading a book is like pulling fingernails. The only way to get me to read a book these days is if my lesbian friend from sweden tells me to. That seems to work somehow

My first special interests as a kid were probably spiderman, webcomics, homestar runner, and that one kids book. We were watching homestar the other night and just reciting the whole scripts from memory

When i was 9 computers existed for educational flash games and the lolcats website only. I didnt understand the concept of webcomics and mom had to explain it in detail and manually direct me to the site and explain how to navigate it. After that i read a LOT of webcomics. THEYRE JUST THERE FOR FREE!

Thinking about the absolute despair 9 year old me had when i realized i was out of girl genius books at the library followed by the absolute incredulous delight when my mom was like "this is literally a comic that is free on the internet. You can just read it here on the upstairs computer"

Every night i listen to this animal wreak havoc and theres pretty much nothing to be done about it

As you can see, Lourdes has had a rough few years, and she still needs to be washed and had some additional care done to her. But thats ok, who doesnt need a bath and a haircut every once in a while?

Anyway, i got annoyed with her second shoe so i made her a shirt. I've never made anything with sleeves, so that was interesting to try out! It still needs a clasp in the back that im just lazy about sewing in, but the shirt honestly is staying on well without it

The prototype for the design can be seen at the bottom of one of the sketches I posted for doll clothes last time!

Next up im gonna try to finish her other shoe and then give her some bottoms. Im leaning towards matching pants
