What is Magnesium?

The fiber-rich content and low glycemic index (GI) helps to lower cholesterol, improve blood sugar control and decrease heart disease risk
5. Tofu. A serving of tofu provides 13% of the RDI for magnesium. Additionally, some studies suggest that eating tofu may protect the cells lining your arteries and reduce your risk of stomach cancer.
6. Seeds. Most seeds are rich in magnesium. A 1-ounce (28-gram) serving of pumpkin seeds contains a 37% of the RDI.
7. Whole Grains. Whole grains are high in many nutrients. A 1-ounce (28-gram) serving of dry buckwheat provides 16% of the RDI for magnesium.
8. Fatty Fish. Fatty fish is exceptionally nutritious and a great source of magnesium and other nutrients. Half a fillet of salmon provides 13% of the RDI for magnesium.
9. Bananas. Bananas are a good source of several nutrients. One large banana has 9% of the RDI for magnesium.
10. Leafy Greens. Leafy greens are a very good source of many nutrients, including magnesium. A 1-cup (180-gram) serving of cooked spinach provides an impressive 39% of the RDI.
What to consider in taking magnesium supplements?
Although magnesium is generally safe. One must consider the medication taken especially if one takes certain diuretics, heart medications and antibiotics. Some people reported they experience diarrhea, nausea and vomiting with large doses.

It may be never obvious because I am a actor in hiding what I really feel deep inside. Every time before I go to sleep, I am excitedly thinking the time when we will be together. I may sound crazy but I imagine your deep voice as I slumber to my sleep, whispering comforting words in times of my low times. I hope you have all the patience to understand me because I sometimes or always crazy. I do hopeful, you accept me the way I am.

It was a crazy ride and all things happened very fast. I didn’t have enough time to think and process all the things that happened, but one thing is for sure my mama will not be here with me anymore. As I reached my age of 30, there were indeed many changes happened. And I said to myself that adulting is not easy. Finding Mr. Right is only an illusion, because in the first place nobody is perfect. Relationships work because two people are willing to compromise or willing to accept the individual's imperfectness, and they are ready to work it out. They give all best to stay on that relationship. As the time changes and the world, the way of thinking and settlement of what must a relationship cope up. With the multimedia, sometimes relationship seems like a ideal picture painted. I think sometimes the use of multimedia gone wrong for people nowadays uses it not for communicating but also showing what they have and sometimes these pictures were just made to boost or to pretend what really is not. Well, living today is like still indeed surviving. Fame, Wealth and Power seems to dictates what man must have, well indeed the ultimate purpose of man are to find its purpose and happiness.
Sometimes, I am asking myself if having a lifetime partner would give me the happiness and purpose I seek. I am capable of finding the opposite sex attractive, but somehow very shy to make the first move. Well, I think foolish that the right man will come along and will chase me along the way. But the sad reality is that I am not getting younger. Maybe Mr. Right for me is only written on fiction books. Sometimes, crazy imaginations came to mind. One day in a love story written by God, a man love a girl so much that he haven't seen but rather only read something that the girl wrote. That he feels that the woman he is looking for. And fate will bring together. Impossible! Of course, the man must act and find the girl like a chasing game. That man must perserve and pursue girl. Sounds indeed very tomantic and exist in fantasy.
It is indeed fun to get lost sometimes in your fantasy and the most important you must not stay there. Man must put in mind that those were the creation of imagery. Please never get lost and stay on the reality even though the reality is sometimes hurts.

My Personal Opinion
Before I had asked myself the purpose of my existence in this world, I had done all the necessary things in life like finishing my a degree and to have a work to support and help my family. The journey was smooth and through prayers and faith from the higher Being I surpassed all the challenges and hindrance. I was a silent type person who keeps all the thhings in mind and I sometimes shared to those who had are been closed to me and whom I really trust with. Many People will find me very different and hard to understand in doing so. However, I am always lucky to meet some people willing to understand and Support me though.
All journeys were not always on a calm sailing, like the weather every year, it turns and changes. I also meet People who doubted my capabilities and look at me poorly, and I really don't trust them a bit. My trust is hard to earned, when I sensed and felt that this person is not worthy. Maybe it is natural that man's instinct to protect himself from danger or possibilities of that Kind.
I have read in books and written manuscripts that man needs Motivation. Unfortunately in this modern world, where multimedia is very popular. It is so blinding that what really matters are ignored because it is different from what man see in the social media.

I was very happy from the moment I met you. You were so cute and tiny but very friendly. Everyday as I wake up, you make my day positive and beautiful. I can remember the times when I was down and hopeless, your cute and bubbly presence changed a negative emotion into a positive one. You are so funny and I really enjoy watching you making your cute ways. When your gone, I really feel a big hole in my heart that no can pet can replace. The first day without you is really different. My tears can't stop from falling once I remember the beautiful memories you left me. You are indeed in replaceable. Although, I still cry when I remember you, I really thankful that God has given a way that you will enter my life and made happy and smile on the times you are alive. Almighty God, We bless you for our lives, we give you praise for your abundant mercy and grace we receive.
We thank you for your faithfulness even though we are not that faithful to you.
