An Announcement
Magandang araw po, mga kaibigan.
These past few months, I haven’t done a lot of updates to San Simeon and my other Filipino-themed worlds. I’ve been going  through a few things in real life and current events aren’t helping at all. Thus, I had to focus on my mental health and professional commitments. What little time I had for simming, I reserved for low commitment projects like the Praaven Cathedral.

A seasonally appropriate set of shots from Camayao Church and its graveyard, representing the city’s main Catholic cemetery. The two convent houses nearby were converted into a museum and a funeral home.

Plaza Rizal
The bustling center of Old Camayao, the town plaza has been refurbished into a beautiful garden that pays homage to one of the nation's greatest minds.
Plaza Rizal, much like the rest of the city, stands at the crossroads. On one side is the promises and problems of the modern capitalist world. On the other lies the oft-romanticized yet secluded, insular world of colonial-era tradition. Then as now, the Good Doctor looks back on the past yet stands behind the hopes of tomorrow.
