This mischievous streak ran through him like words through Brighton rock. He abhorred pomposity and bossy rules. He never changed. He had a very strong belief that rules didn’t apply to him. And, somehow, he managed to get away with it too. We’ve lost our darling Mark. To talk about him in the past tense is gut-wrenching. Mark doesn’t suit the past tense. Is there anything we as the community can do to get you more active on here again? It is of course very understandable that you post less when life gets in the way, but if there is anything we can do to make blogging more fun for you, please let us know.

I don't think so, I'm afraid. What took most joy from me is that I see my photos, edits and GIFs everywhere on instagram and TikTok these days and I'm not really active on either platform. Still, I see them. And people just use them without giving any credit. I spent hours finding sweet moments, giffing them (wasn't fun 10 years ago, let me tell you), editing them. I also spent money on several photos. It's really annoying and upsetting. This is why I don't gif things anymore or make edits or search for rare photos.

I switched my tumblr on private, so now you can't view my page anymore when you don't have an account. I know that this will bring even less interactions or it could be that nobody will even notice. But I am hoping that this will make it more difficult for these new fans to steal my stuff.
