finished my physics homework and did some laundry to get it out of the way early this morning. my head is still not all the way right, so my bf and I went on a walk in this park that he's visited before and it helped a bit (plus I got my steps in 🤩)! hoping to do some more studying tomorrow morning, but for now i'm allowing myself to take it easy.

the gym was a mistake tbh bc I had some energy before, but then I came back home and been fighting the post-gym nap ever since. Nothing hits better than a post-gym nap, it’s comatose levels

Unexpectedly, I’m back and doing more reading and coffee drinking than ever! It’s been a while since I posted on here, the final couple terms of my undergraduate moved away from the traditional studying format. But I have somehow found myself starting a Masters, so the cafe and study session energy has returned in full force.

i feel like i have done nothing but study gerontology today in preparation for an exam next week. and i still have an exam in another class along with a paper due right after lol

today:

open lab: learning bits of pharmacology for common medications; NG tube insertion; enema administration

gerontology studying: systemic effects of aging, normal vs. abnormal outcomes of aging
