I tried to cling to stupid faux optimism for 2 years now meanwhile my life got worse and worse each time I tried to improve them. Half the people I loved betrayed me and the other half is only present when things are fine and nowhere to be seen in other times.
The only solution for me is dying. I tried fixing everything in so many different ways but it just gets worse and worse. I give up. There's no point. I'm tired of the lonely misery

it's my friend's birthday today and ofc i love him so much so by 5 pm i still did not send him any birthday msg despite me wanting to do so since last night at 1 am because i am paralysed by existential dread and depression lolz.
