lessons learned and things observed :

dont set your name as mia khalifa on kahoot or else the whole class won't be able to play

take notes in math class. write down formulas and even entire sentences your teacher says. i dont care if you're the only one with a notebook out with words on it just do it

just because you can get away with using your phone in class doesnt mean you should

skipping class or sneaking home early isnt as kool and sneekie™ as the movies make it. nobody really cares and youll just have iss the next day if a teacher actually notices

Hey guys. I’m glad to be finally posting my “mental breakdown survival guide”. As you know I struggle a lot with mental health, and so I have been through a lot of breakdowns. So many that I actually dropped out of university after 3 weeks in 2016 and had to take the whole year off. Because of this, I’ve made it my mission to help others with mental health issues as much as I can, so you don’t have to go through what I’ve been through.

Anyway, here is my guide. I tried to keep it general, and actually useful. If you have any questions or additions please feel free to add them.

I started using G2 Pilot pens in my journal and they’re my new favorite thing! The 0.5mm tips are so smooth, especially since I’m left handed and smear-free pens are a priority for me :)
