Ok so MAJOR PMD Seven Symphonies spoilers below:
I have more lore theories. These four Pokemon are obviously connected, right? Palkia may be the god of space, but Hoopa can manipulate space. It could also explain why Palkia seems so panicked during the events of Seven Symphonies—they understand exactly how dangerous things are about to become.
Tumblr media
I revisited the scene with the human and Treecko in Special Episode 0, and here’s my juiciest take yet on Seven Symphonies: I think Hoopa is the one who banished humans to another dimension long ago—and in response to the chaos he caused, Meloetta (possibly alongside other legendary Pokémon) sealed him inside that bottle.
In SE0, Celebi mentions that only three Pokémon are capable of opening the Ultra Wormhole the human used. Alongside Palkia and Dialga, they reference a third Pokémon—one who can no longer help. Whatever happened in the distant past seems to be tied to something the humans did… but it’s never fully explained. All we really know is that Celebi resents humans because of it.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
In Seven Symphonies, Hoopa insists it was “necessary” to separate humans and Pokémon—while also claiming they had nothing to do with it because they were sealed away at the time. (Personally, I think they’re full of it.) It’s also worth mentioning that on Floor 25, if you ask Hoopa about Meloetta, Hoopa says it was “funnier” when she sealed him in that bottle. According to him, she’s the one keeping him trapped in the tower.
Tumblr media
Of course, these theories could fall apart given Celebi’s clear disdain for Hoopa—it’s obvious they don’t get along. What’s still unclear is what humans did that was so severe it caused Celebi to resent all of mankind. It might be connected to Hoopa, but even though the anime shows a human sealing Hoopa using the power of Arceus’s Splash, Flame, and Earth plates (this could actually be really important for later on,) Seven Symphonies confirms it was Meloetta. So whatever happened may not be directly tied to humans after all. I guess we’ll just have to wait for more answers!!

Can we get the full 7s act 2 lore drop pls 🙏
Lore drop!!!! Lore drop!!!! 👀👀
This game is way more intricate than it lets on. I made the chart below for the tablets you receive based on the choices you make. I went through Soul, Ego, and Neutral routes in Acts 1 and 2, and apparently, the plates have nothing to do with power types. That alone opens a hundred new questions. I don’t know what they’re leading to—but whatever it is, it’s deliberate. You should keep your eyes on the plates.
Tumblr media
Also In my neutral route, I found out that forgiving Team Skull grants you the Water tablet, but if you follow that up with an Ego choice, it resets back to a Blank Slate. I’m assuming the same applies if you don’t forgive Team Skull—choosing to surrender their soul afterward would create a similar pattern: Blank Slate → Fire → Blank Slate → Fire, and so on.
I will deff post more lore posts because I think Special Episode 0 is heavily tied to this game. I’m currently replaying to see what lore I can find.

Welcome to my 7s master post ✨ all theories and speculations are likely wrong 🥰 yay!
also MAJOR SPOILER ALERT ‼️
Okay, so here is what I know so far:
• Hoopa represents the Ego, while Meloetta represents the Soul.
• Each of the seven chosen Pokémon is given a special nickname by a Legendary Pokémon. (Most) of the individuals were selected due to an act of sympathy shown toward them.
• Espeon – Sunborne (chosen by Groudon)
• Wigglytuff – Protogy (chosen by Mew)
• Rampardos – Reverent (chosen by Giratina)
• Manaphy – Princess (chosen by Kyogre)
• Lucario – Enlightened (chosen by Rayquaza)
• Blaxilure – [TBA] (chosen by Articuno)
• Bellsprout – [TBA] (chosen by Heatran)
Lucario states that only two Pokémon are needed to ascend Destiny Tower: one representing Ego, and one representing Soul. Because of this, parties made entirely of Ego, entirely of Soul, or groups larger than two are being wiped out. The fusion of Ego and Spirit is said to form a complete Spirit. This is just a theory.
• Choosing Ego in special situations allows one to absorb the other’s power. Conversely, surrendering the Soul enables that Pokémon to join your party.
• Your decisions influence the color of the plate as the story progresses. Making opposing or contradictory choices causes the plate to reset to a blank state. The colors themselves do not correspond to type advantages, but rather an undisclosed symbolic meaning.
• Hoopa deliberately separated you from your partner so only you would find the plate.
• Hoopa is revealed to be Celebi’s sibling, and has a history with humans before being sealed away. They are fully aware of your human origin—and make no effort to appear helpful. This might also refer to dialogue from special episode 0 regarding humans and Pokemon being separated from each other (currently looking into this)
• The Hero already knows about the Darkest Times and the Origin Regression, with little to no explanation or exposure to them in the story. This strongly implies that the Hero possesses knowledge that the player does not.
• A Houndoom comments on their desire to see a world consumed by darkness, and chillingly adds, “By your expression, I’d say you’re not the only one.” You are also described at one point as being “virtueless.”
• Gambit discovers a mysterious robe, believed to belong to either Darkrai or Cresselia. This might be important later on.
• Blaxilure already knows about the Seven Instruments and behaves suspiciously. The Exploration Federation has declared Destiny Tower a lawless zone and forbids Espeon from using Future Sight, likely to prevent her from revealing what lies ahead. Blaxilure also seems determined to keep the Secret Rank hidden.
• The Hero’s Dimensional Scream ability has been sealed—possibly due to time being frozen within the tower, or due to interference from a higher power.
ANYWAYSSSS if you think of anything that needs to be added to this, please let me know!

Hey friends, I’m posting this ROM hack preview to Reddit tomorrow morning, so please let me know if it looks terrible. I’ve literally never edited a video in my life.
This is spoiler free BTW ♥️✨

Don't have fanart for it yet but for everyone who feels that Celebi tends to get the short end of the stick in the future trio, I implore you to play PMD 7 Symphonies. as it stands now Celebi is basically the major player in all their scenes, on top of having fresh dynamics and a backstory that i haven't seen in any other fanwork yet
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
future trio are FAR from being the main characters on this, since all the npcs in EoS get a chance to shine, but if you like them you'll highly enjoy the experience, it's an absolute blast

About Act 2
Hello everyone!
If you’re reading this, I imagine you’re also aware of our latest project and its current progress — around 50% of the main adventure has been publicly available for a few days now. If not, you can always download it from this link → https://pastebin.com/z5H5ze2Y, or keep reading and leave it for later. Whatever you prefer :P
I’m suuuuper happy with how the story is unfolding and with all the help and support I’m receiving practically on a daily basis. I feel like, besides myself, there are many people deeply invested in the development of Seven Symphonies, even outside of the dev team.
Testers, artists, players... along with all those who share their impressions and thoughts about the hack while we work quietly behind the scenes. To each and every one of you, a billion thanks. You are an incredible emotional and motivational support, and there’s nothing more beautiful than trying to give back all the love every time we release new content to rekindle your passion and excitement to keep sharing and inspiring others.
But the truth is, I don’t think I’ve lived up to expectations this time — I feel like I’ve let you down. Working silently, as comfortable as it may be, comes with consequences. Consequences we’ve paid for as a team, but above all, you’ve paid for them too.
The post announcing Act 2’s release got significantly less visibility than we expected compared to previous ones. There are several external factors that would be easy to blame (parallel releases, a smaller exposure window without Fangames Direct, 2nd parts are never as successful…), but doing so would mean missing out on the lessons we can learn from this (beyond better timing and respecting the ranks :S). A few things came together, but I prefer to focus on the ones that are within my range of action.
That learning centers around something that’s entirely my responsibility as the person managing the project’s social media: I needed this bump in the road to realize that it’s not enough to be consistent with what truly drives me — creating — but that it’s even more important to be consistent when it comes to sharing.
Since Act 1 was released, I’ve neglected our main showcase, the Twitter account, for various reasons. It’s been inactive for too many of those days, and I’m now very clear that this can’t happen again, especially with Act 3 and the final release coming up. Since I like to take things philosophically, I think it’s actually a great stroke of luck that this scare happened now and not when it truly matters.
Which is why I now have a question for you:
What kind of content would you like me to share/post through the Twitter account while the project continues to develop in parallel?
Would you like weekly scans of individual scenes while keeping spoilers to a minimum, like other fangame accounts do? Would you prefer I don’t reveal anything at all and instead post content related to the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon universe? Or even about the Pokémon world in general?
I already have several “section” ideas that could help not only keep the account active, but also highlight the work of others in the community — something I feel I should be doing much more of as well. Please share with us any suggestions or ideas you have — they will be heard and taken into account, no doubt.
Maybe I’m being overly dramatic with all this, and it’s just a mix of coincidence and unnoticed cause-and-effect. But believe me when I say the sheer brilliance of the project we’re shaping — both technically and narratively — deserves all the care and concern I can give. I have full confidence in the artistic superiority it will ultimately hold over its older sibling, and I intend to give it every tool and space it needs to shine.
Therefore, by the time this post is published, the Twitter account name will change to PMD Seven Symphonies / SE0, and the @ will now be @Canete_PMD. I think Special Episode 0 has already given us a lot — its premise was flawless, and even today it spreads like wildfire. From now on, we’ll focus where it’s needed most and try to make it easier to find both the project and us. It hurts a little, but I trust it’s the right decision (the @ change, though — yeah, it was time to get a normal one xD).
And with that, I’ll sign off. To you, who made it this far: there are incredible things written in your Destiny. If you don’t believe me, just wait till you can keep climbing ;)
Thanks for reading — truly, with all my Soul. And with all my big ass Ego, too. <3

Espeon gijinka, from the special episode 0 rom hack !
I recently started playing the pokemon super dungeon explorers of sky rom hack : special episode 0 ! I still haven't finished it, but I really like the story so far. I HAD to draw, Espeon, she's just so so cool.
It was also really interesting design wise, since the story takes place in some sort of post-apocalyptic environnement. I tried to use very damaged, up cycled clothes while keeping some style.
Anyway, go play @canete16 roms hacks, both Se0 and Seven symphonies !

I really liked In the Dark Past, and I'm excited to play Seven Symphonies!
Do I need to it after I download it from SkyTemple? I tried to look that up last night, but I was having a hard time finding answers
Sorry, I just saw this message you delivered some months ago 😰
Hope you were able to find your way to it, and in case you didn't, you can either join both projects' discord server for some guidance on this matter (https://discord.gg/ADgkTYb8GM) or check our twitter acc for a much faster access through our bio pastebin. You should also be able to find it on Skytemple ^^
Act 2 is right around the corner, so in case you still weren't able to check out the first one this is the perfect chance to catch up! :)

Do you have a Ko-fi, PayPal, or Patreon account where fans can donate to support all the work you put into your ROM hacks? (Asking for a totally unrelated friend who definitely isn’t me.)
I'm afraid your friend will have to content themselves with enjoying and sharing them both as much as they can :P
I don't have any links for donations atm, those could put our work at risk and, even if some earnings would be much welcomed, I've never wanted to "jobify" this hobby of mine. It could significantly condition the way I engage with it I believe, and since I'm pretty happy with how things are rn I'd rather not change the dynamics surrounding it.
Your cheers and support are all that I need to keep going. That always manages to move me! <3

PMD - Explorers of Sky - Special Episode 0 Cast
PMD has a certain magic, doesn’t it? You can just put a random group of Pokemon together, make them talk, add some characterization and backstory, and bam! You can’t see them in any other way than fully realized characters ever again even when it’s not PMD related! Warning! Seeing a Espeon, Plusle, Minun, Cherrim, Gulpin, Torkoal, and Diglett in a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon setting will cause side effects including but not limited to: Intense emotional attachments Uncontrollable need to love them all Sudden urges to cry, yell, and scream for their safety Existential dread Inability to not think about them and their lives and personalities Take PMD magic at your own risk. (Btw I urge you to play the Special Episode 0 ROM hack if you’ve already played Sky, it hurts so good ;w;) — Want to see my art before they’re uploaded here? See my Bluesky at calyxthefox . bsky. social !
