How would I style characters (Lucy Gray and Tigris from the ballad of songbirds and snakes.)

This movie was amazing and has been rotting in my brain for a while. I love set and costume design and wouldn't change it for the world but here's how I imagine their clothing a bit differently.

Lucy Gray Baird

I love her rainbow dress and it's realistically toned down since it's an old dress after all but I wish they gave it more flair. Since the Coveys were inspired by the beautiful Romani people. I wanna take that inspiration a lot further and add more to the top. For her hair, Lucy Gray was described to have long wild curly hair. Their wig in the movie was great but really tamed down. Gratiela here has the hair I imagined Lucy Gray having.

Tigris Snow

If I had Hunter Schafer to style, I would have outdone myself so much like they did in the movie. I saw that they did a little details to show it's been worn out but it still looked new for me. I think it's important to really showcase the struggle of the Snows in the financial aspect. Tigris wearing knitted clothes seemed possible than her getting to wear silks everyday. While it might be her mother's, it still looked quite new. Tigris being a stylist would wear light colored tights to not only add something new to her old clothes and also explains the transition of the old Panem fashion to the modern Panem fashion. And also handmade accessories would have been so cute.

Personally, I would have let her wear a uniform for her work to show that how much she's been sacrificing so much of her time to working and providing for the Snows.

Just finished the last episode of The Good Place and it fucked me upppp lmao

I think it’s kind of funny how coin (who obviously wanted peeta rescued from the arena instead of katniss) doesn’t see what an absolute nightmare he would be for her to deal with if she left katniss in that arena

Like she thinks katniss was hard to deal with/manipulate/control after she left peeta behind? Peeta would’ve had her whole district eating out to the palm of his hand before she even realized who she was dealing with. She thought katniss was too single minded/stubborn about her focus on saving peeta over the revolution itself? He would have been her absolute nightmare (and I adore him for it)
