Oh lord I honestly don't know. Probably their names for all of them??? They're also all pretty distinctive (all tall redheads, except Seshat, who is a Hrothgal and thus stands out for other reasons)

What’s the lie your character says most often?
How loosely or strictly do they use the word ‘friend’?
How often do they show their genuine emotions to others versus just the audience knowing?
What’s a hobby they used to have that they miss?
Can they cry on command? If so, what do they think about to make it happen?
What’s their favorite [insert anything] that they’ve never recommended to anyone before?
What would you (mun) yell in the middle of a crowd to find them? What would their best friend and/or romantic partner yell?
How loose is their use of the phrase ‘I love you’?
Do they give tough love or gentle love most often? Which do they prefer to receive?
What fact do they excitedly tell everyone about at every opportunity?
If someone was impersonating them, what would friends / family ask or do to tell the difference?
What’s something that makes them laugh every single time? Be specific!
When do they fake a smile? How often?

What is the smallest, morally questionable choice they’ve made?

What belief / moral / personality trait do they stand by that you (mun) personally don’t agree with?
What’s a phrase they say a lot?

Penumbra, the Herald of Darkness
Once a week, she read to the children of the Crystarium, something they all looked forward to.
"Miss Penumbra! Miss Pen!" they'd say, "Tell us about Minfilia again!"
This was a favorite story, even if it was a sad one, because it was about a young girl.
"Once upon a time," she said, "A stranger came from another..."
But today, the door opened. Today, in walked a ghost. The last she'd seen of him, he'd rushed to her side. Held her while her head split with pain. Then he—and everyone else, save Thancred—was gone.
"... world?"
That had been five years ago; five long, strange years. She'd nearly given up hope that the Exarch would ever succeed.
"Kian?"
"... it's really you."

I love me some G'raha (and G'raha x WoL ships, passionately in fact, one of my favorite fics is a 90k G'rahawol fic). But everyone is sleeping on Y'shtola.
I mean think about it, if your WoL had interest in her or there was any mutual connection prior to the First. Think about the detail of her being separated from the WoL for those three years and establishing herself with the Night's Blessed as Matoya. It's even more heartwrenching to consider how brief a span of time it is for the WoL. If they've developed feelings for her and then witness her with Runar, imagine the tension. The jealousy. The heartbreaking possibility of Y'shtola feeling for Runar and not reciprocating the WoL's feelings. Or the possibility of her revealing she loves them both.
Couple all those with the little hints of spicy dialogue (taking you over her knee, sending you to bed without supper), and the tension is even more wild. Maybe she just means it in good fun, but the WoL is over in the corner sweating, seeing her next interact with Runar and thinking, "What are we? What's going on?"

My Azem's name is "Nike" - since my first online nick was derived from that, and my avatar had Red hair. Green eyes are mandatory as a nod to Aerith
My Azem has a bit of an ohohojousama personality- assertive and wants to do things her own way. Very outspoken and speaks her mind. She's also a bit of a fashionista and values style. She mainly wields a sword like Venat!
She's different from my WoL who is more deceptively timid and quiet in demeanor (to Emet-Selch's disappointment.) But they are both brave and stupid resilient!

Anyway, it's worth remembering that a lot of things people cling to as Canonical Evidence of their Totally True and Objective Viewpoints on the characters in FFXIV is a lot of times based entirely on incidental side dialogue, often a single line and the possible readings or implications one puts upon it.
This isn't a bad thing, mind; we all do it, and in some ways it's necessary, to comb through dialogue and quest text and side content to get scraps of characterization, lore, etc to base our roleplay, fanfiction, fanart, and analyses on.
It's why I'm often insistent on finding and having context and backing evidence for things, particularly lore analysis. And there are multiple interpretations in a lot of cases--and especially depending on which localization is being used, or if removed content is being considered or not, and so on.
There've been times I think an interpretation is really off (and sometimes if feeling spicy have argued it) given other evidences--or I have missed evidence and context others are going by!
And sometimes people will read the same lines entirely differently, for uncountable possible reasons based on our myriad lived experiences. Things I've had to remember/be reminded of a few times, and so now try to caveat with "I feel" or "I think" or "in my opinion" when giving my own take or rebuttal, if I do.
