// Just wanted to say that these characters mean a lot to me. They pushed me to learn new skills that honestly really help me in real life nowadays. And frankly, the fact that I still actually have muse for one of them is truly amazing. I didn’t expect Mabel to have such an impact on my life.

That said, I don’t want to lose my muse for her. I gotta be honest with you guys and myself - I’m not getting any younger, nor is my schedule gonna get any freer. There’s always gonna be something else that needs my attention even when my job lets me have a bit of free time.

Mabel might as well be one of the last muses I’ll ever write for and I’d like to honor that by chilling with a few buddies that are cool with me being away most of the time.

I’m gonna start this blog over in a month.

I’ve been on the edge about her grown-up design since 2016, but I think I’m finally satisfied with the progress. Oof, it’s been a journey.

Interesting━ that had never worked BEFORE, granted, his only visitors were squirrels and other forms of WILDLIFE that simply hung around to, in his mind, MOCK him even at his lowest possible point. It was INSULTING no matter the form an annoyance took. One knock. Two knocks. Three━ ow, that’s his EYE.

Instead of continuing the game of Knock-Knock, he settles for complete silence. Besides, it’s more HILARIOUS to watch people contemplate their sanity ! Or at least, that was what he had PLANNED on doing before he abruptly changed his mind. It’s been quiet for TOO LONG. 

“ I KNOW YOU’VE GOT EARS, KID ! TRY USIN’ ‘EM FOR A CHANGE ! ”

Arguably, it wasn’t the BEST COURSE of action. It’d likely be better for him to try and BUTTER HER UP and ask for ASSISTANCE from breaking outta this EGGSHELL, but his former SUCKING-UP ABILITIES failed him this moment as the SARCASTIC COMMENT escaped him. Oh well. At LEAST he had the pleasure of getting to know how DISTRAUGHT he still made the family. Sweet, sweet memories.

Her fun tune was interrupted by another muffled cry that confirmed her suspicions. Her fist halted mid knocking, eyes widening in a momentary daze as she tried to process what happened. That wasn’t actually Bill, was it? It must be a gnome... a dumb unicorn or... or something else! The forest was loaded  with supernatural creatures that spoke or at least understood a human language.... there’s gotta be an explanation for what she heard!

... Right?

She tightened her lips and furrowed her brows. Mabel bolted up on her knees, stretching past the statue from her stance on the ground to check if there was anyone behind it.

Nothing.

She looked left and right, palmed around Bill’s edges, sides and in his general area in the hope to find a device or a pixie that tried to prank her into thinking the statue was alive, but instead of retaliating with a triumphant ‘aha!‘ as she snatched the wretched devil from behind the demon’s corpse, Mabel gently succumbed back to sit on the ground, hands falling into her lap as her heart all but leapt out of her chest. She felt sick.

“ ... Bill? “ Finally. She barely managed to choke out his name. Her family wasn’t going to be happy to know that he was still alive after everything they went through, but ignoring him altogether was probably not a good idea either. Though, to be frank, that was exactly what the Pines have been doing til she literally stumbled over him and scraped her knee. Ouch. Her guts were right. She should’ve walked in the opposite direction.

Ahh... I’m so frustrated today. I think I’ll write a reply or two to relax before I get back to work. I miss roleplaying.

This is just a reminder that RPing is a hobby and if you can’t or don’t want to be online everyday, then that is fine. If you can only be on during weekends that’s fine. If you want to be on one blog one day and a different one the next, that’s fine. If you only spend a short time on each day, that’s fine. RPing is not a job, you don’t have to be here everyday, do what makes you comfortable

I really liked your concept art for the twins! I was wondering if you could do concept art for human bill ;; it's ok if you don't want to!!!! you can ignore this ask if you want

// Hello and thank you for stopping by! It’d be cool if I tried to do concept art of other characters. However this blog is mainly focused on Mabel because that’s the muse I chose to write for. Other character might make a slower appearance here.

Hmmm… human Bill… I’m not quite sure what he’d look like. We have a lot of great and creative human personifications of him including Alex Hirsch’s non-canon human Bill. (he’s best bill imo)

I feel like it’s difficult to draw him in a human form given his personality. On one hand, you could say he’d be a snappy dresser, but on the other hand I can also see him wearing wacky clothes like Dippy Fresh.

I honestly feel like if Bill Cipher were to be able to shift into a human form at will, he’d change it constantly depending on what he wants from his target. Like, if he wanted to charm them, maybe he’d have a charming appearance according to the current era’s beauty standards and the target’s own visual preferences. If he wanted to scare them or make them uncomfortable, he’d have a nightmarish appearance kind’a like Alex Hirsch’s human version. I bet he wouldn’t shy away from presenting himself as a human woman or a human man either. Heck, maybe he’d age up or age down his appearance too depending on who he’s talking to.

I thought of a default 21st century human Bill look that is close to the (mainly) accepted fanon interpretation. I feel like I’m disappointing you all with this, and I might reiterate this design later when I have more free time on my hands. But… this is what I have for now. (I’ll try to get more creative later lol)

I feel he’d have pointy features, and a very weird and unsettling golden glow with bluish undertones for his skin. I wanted him to appear like a charming and modern businessman in his mid 30′s who has an ashy skin tone kind’a like a a corpse.

Like there’s just enough charm to draw you in while giving very creepy vibes at the same time. I wanted to give him a look that says “he’s nice to look at but I’d rather look away because he makes me very uncomfortable“ haha!
