Crimson|Ink Fine Print!

Before I get started on the next update for Crimson|Ink I just wanted to make this PSA about the book in general, what it is and what it isn’t. So please read before you start to get more sucked into this book, because it’s going to be an extremely wild ride.

First off, I like my books to be very realistic. I want to portray these characters as actual people, give them personalities and emotions of real life humans. I like to base them in today’s present timeline and how our world is now. This book won’t be full of the usual fairy-tale tropes. As you can tell from the title, Crimson|Ink is a Kirishima x Reader story, meaning that ultimately the Reader will be in a relationship with Kirishima and the book will revolve around them solely. HOWEVER, this isn’t the “I’m going to wait for this asshole guy to change and ignore every other male that gives attention and respect” kind of story. Kirishima will be a legit jerk in this book and the reader will have the personality type that doesn’t take shit from anyone no matter how much she likes them or wants them to like her back. She is the type that goes by “if you want respect you have to earn it”. So once Kirishima finally comes to his senses and stops ignoring his feelings for him, Reader won’t immediately let him sweep her off his feet, no baby is going to have to earn it. 

ALSO, Reader is going to be very unapologetically her. If men want to flirt with her and she wants to flirt back she will, if she wants to get intimate/sexual with a man she will, because she can and she belongs to nobody as of now. This leads to my next point. Things are going to happen between Reader and some specific characters of this story that are going to throw you off and maybe question if this is still a ‘Kirishima x Reader’ book. Before any of that happens and someone asks that exact question I’ll go ahead and answer it here. YES THIS IS A KIRISHIMA X READER BOOK, but Reader is free to do as she wants when she’s single. That’s all I can really say on that without delving too deep into my plot and ideas here.

This book is going to go through all kinds of moods, angst, humor, romance, drama, violence/gore, fluffy, smutty, oh my god, what the fuck, did that really happen, is this really happening. It’s going to put you through the ringer and you may or may not like where I take some things. That is why I’m making this post as a sort of ‘disclaimer’ to warn you. Don’t expect all the fairy-tale feelings, the whole boy treats girl like shit and then admits it because he likes her and she forgives him and loves him type shit. It’s the real-world, real emotions type stuff. This book will be completely different from my others and I just wanted to let you guys know that now. 

Other than that, I look forward to writing this book, you have no idea how many ideas I have running through my head and how genuinely excited I am. I’m also so glad that I found two new best friends ( @torikonan and @fl0wersforaphrodite ) that are so willing to help me navigate and shape all these ideas along with being beta readers so I can make sure to deliver quality updates! I hope all of you that are already such devoted fans are looking forward to the chaos this book will bring you. ^_^
