fluffy hcs w/ Ghost (m!reader)

Characters: Simon “Ghost” Riley, Male reader (he/him)

CW: Fluff, domestic hcs, cursing (bc that’s… a bad habit for me.) but nothing much than just fluffy, sweet moments <3

A/N: I haven’t written anything… since September fucking 2022- so if this fucking sucks, blame it on me being rusty. aaaaaaaaaaa- I also was gonna add Soap here… but I may make his a separate post.

Ghost:

seems like a walking heater… or honestly i can see it the other way around. where you’re always fucking warm as shit compared to most people. 

one thing Simon loves about ya, it being warm hugs and cuddles on cold nights. especially on those common sleepless ones.

he’d be so stubborn to ask- but eventually will stop kicking around the bush and ask bluntly.

a stiff “C’mere or I’m getting you myself.”, may result in getting pulled into his arms.

segues into Simon accidently falling asleep. often huddled up close to you, arms wrapped around your shirtless figure as his head rests on your chest. hearing your steady heartbeat. your soft breathing.

it lulls him to sleep.

somehow he always falls asleep around you so easily.

next morning or whenever ya’ll wake up is such a sight.

seeing each other’s bed hair.

but especially Simon’s is a tad bit funny. because its not just his hair. its his face also that looks so- just- natural. calm. and surreal.

a sight you rarely see a very stern n stoic man like himself. always so serious n damn aloof.

but in front of you is a very sleepy, groggy Simon. who’s rubbing his tired eyes.

he’s- not really a morning person. but he still wakes up quite early. easier than most if needed.

whenever you wake up and decide to get up first, the man would wake up quickly. feeling the weight of the mattress lift the slightest. Simon’s tired eyes squinting at you before his arms found wrapping around your waist.

he wants you back in bed. without a word leaving his lips, but instead a gruff hum.

cuddle bug Simon in the morning.

he gives you random hugs and kisses when he can.

usually back hugs.

his arms slinking around your waist or stomach as he rests his chin on your shoulder. peeking at what you’re doing currently.

kisses are- scarce when people are around but he does them when he’s feeling daring.

and when there’s an escape route for him to disappear.

loves it when he hears your soft cusses as he leaves. its cute to him.

not quite into pda, but will always. always. have his hand on you. or just skin to skin contact.

whether thats sitting on the couch, knees touching… he loves it. its a small thing. but he likes it.

pinkies linking for you two to only know. to only see.

even just hovering behind you with his chest pressed on your back comfortably. which often happens when reading files or important information for missions.

Simon always gets caught off guard at your words sometimes…

especially when its like “let me know what you need, alright?” or “how was your day?”

just a simple casual sentence, especially when its out of nowhere. it shows you care for him.

feel- valued.

but both of you are fucking susceptible to “this reminded me of you” to one another. and both of you being completely different with it.

Simon finding cute n nice things of your interests. and just staring at it intently as he’s thinking about you.

he takes notes of what you like and what you don’t. a mental note thing he gained from… liking you.

you? probably sending photos n memes you find online of him randomly. and it makes him smile but also think “what the fuck.” duality of being friends with Soap though.
