From the moment Coral had come into his life, Casey knew something fundamental had shifted inside him. She didn’t just fit into his world — she became it. With Coral, the weight of his past didn't matter. Whatever came before, whoever he was before her, it all faded the moment she looked at him like he was everything she’d ever wanted. He had never felt more like a man than he did in those moments — loved, needed, trusted. She often said he’d erased her pain, made her feel seen, made her feel whole. But the truth? She did the same for him. More, even. Coral had this way of loving that felt sacred. Fierce. Like she could tear you down to your bones and rebuild you with just a look, a touch, a word. And that night — finally, finally just them again — he saw the fire in her eyes that he’d missed. The smirk on her lips, playful and challenging, sent a pulse of heat straight through him. The way she looked at him—bare, bold, chest rising with a slow breath as the last towel fell to the floor—made his mouth go dry. Her eyes roamed over him with aching hunger, but also with something gentler… reverent. As if even after everything—the baby, the exhaustion, the chaos—she still saw him as the one thing she craved. When he moved closer, her body molded into his like it belonged there, like it always had. Her skin was warm and soft under his hands, every breath she took making her chest brush against his. Her lips parted on a soft gasp as his hands slid up from her waist to cup her breasts, and her fingers instinctively found his hair, tangling with purpose. Casey let out a breath, half-laugh, half-groan. God, she knew exactly what she was doing. And she knew he’d give her exactly what she asked for—and more. "Just say fuck me,” he murmured low in her ear, “and I’ll ruin you—in the best way.” He shivered, her nails lightly grazing his scalp as her mouth curved into a knowing smile. And when he kissed down her chest, slow and deliberate, he let out a breathy moan. "Forever mine." He groaned as she moved lower, her tongue tracing a slow, hot path from the base of his stomach upward, teasing, tasting, owning every inch of him with her mouth. His hands twitched at his sides, aching to grab her, but she had him rooted there, breathless, undone by the heat in her gaze. And then—God help him—she knelt. Her eyes locked on his with a look that made his pulse thunder. She reached for his hand, gently guiding it to the back of her head, her fingers closing over his, gathering her blonde hair into a messy, makeshift ponytail. The sight alone nearly buckled him. And Casey? He knew, right then, there would never be anything hotter—or more real—than this. “Ah, shit,” he muttered, voice rough, chest rising. “You can’t look me right in my eyes and then go down onto your knees like that.” His grip tightened just slightly, more from instinct than control, and his other hand reached down to brush her cheek, thumb tracing the edge of her lips. “I think all my blood just ran south in one second,” he breathed, his voice ragged, half in awe, half in desperation. “You ruin me." It wrecked him. And he loved every second of it. “You get like this,” he whispered, leaning slightly closer, “and I forget my damn name.”
coral never felt like she'd been as lucky in anything else except meeting casey, and after that? everything just felt right. she didn’t have to think about her family, didn’t have to think about the people she’d dated before. casey came into her life and, without even trying, managed to erase her past, her pain, replacing it with love and care. she’d hit the jackpot with casey. not to mention, he’d helped bring celeste into the world—their little joy, the sweetest, most perfect baby. casey wasn’t just her boyfriend or the father of her daughter; he was the one person coral could count on no matter what, someone she didn’t have to filter herself around, someone she could be happy with even when they had nothing. casey made her feel like the most amazing girl in the world. all she needed was his love to get through the day. sure, things had changed since the baby came—sleepless nights, barely any time for each other—but that night was different. it was just them. they were both ready to spend the night together, yet kept teasing each other in the kitchen, barely touching when that was all they really wanted. “and i'm not waiting for anything,” she smirked playfully, her lips curled. as they discarded the last bits of clothing and towels onto the kitchen floor, she took a deep breath, her chest rising as she bit her lower lip, taking him in, taking in the whole moment—slow, electric, a current running through her every time casey’s hands pulled her closer, every time she felt his body against hers. at her silent plea to be touched and cared for, she smiled as he responded, leaning in while her hand instinctively reached for his hair, fingers tangling in it. “oh, what’s the word i need to say to be limping all weekend?” she whispered, smirking, as his hands slid from her waist up to cup her chest, her brown eyes locked on his as he leaned down to kiss her breasts. coral let out a shaky breath, a soft smile on her lips. at his playful words, she smiled again, “at some point you won’t have to share them anymore,” she said gently. seeing casey in front of her, pulling her close, needing to feel her, was enough to drive her wild. “maybe you don’t need to be the one to start,” she teased, leaning down to kiss his chest, her lips trailing lower and lower. “maybe i can start,” she added, a playful smirk on her lips before her tongue slowly moved from the base of his stomach up to his chest, a teasing, challenging motion. she steadied herself, placing her hands on his thighs and kneeling on the cold floor in front of him, the message crystal clear. her eyes met his as she guided one of his hands to the back of her head, gathering her hair into a messy ponytail.

Casey cracked a grin, eyes sparkling with playful mischief as he leaned back casually. “Man, Flynn, you’re practically inviting the teasing when you spill the cute rom-com stuff,” he teased, nudging Flynn lightly on the shoulder. “But hey, who am I to judge? I’m just here for the entertainment." When Flynn tossed out the idea of writing a song together, Casey gave a mock groan, dramatically throwing his head back. “Oh no. You know how much I hate writing songs." He was kidding. It was one of his favourite things to do. Casey pressed a hand dramatically to his chest, mock-offended, and shot Flynn a playful glare. “Uh, excuse you. I’m great at playing guitar, thank you very much,” he declared with exaggerated pride. “I’ve got skills—just because I sing doesn’t mean I can’t shred.” Then, with a grin, he added, “But hey, I’m willing to let you take the lead singer spotlight… for now...for River's sake." He raised an eyebrow at the boob squeeze comment, shaking his head. “River’s got boobs but just not one's you can squeeze. What's the equivalent in male on male relationships? Maybe an ass grab or something?" Casey laughed, shaking his head with a grin. “Oh man, I’m definitely more worried about how you reacted. You looked like you just stepped into a rom-com plot twist—awkward and slightly panicked.” He teased, waggling his eyebrows. “As for my explanation? Hey, I’m pretty sure I nailed the ‘awkward but informative’ vibe. If there’s an award for that, I’m taking it home.” He nudged Flynn playfully. “But don’t worry, first base is a solid start." Casey smirked, elbows resting on his knees as he leaned in just a bit. “You kinda work your way up to third base, and then it stays there for a while,” he said with a teasing grin. “But eventually, River might ask you to take it to the next level. So… you think you’d be ready for that?” He gave Flynn a playful raise of his eyebrows, waiting to see how his friend would handle the question.
flynn wasn’t good at opening up about things people could tease him for—sure, he shared his thoughts with arden and the band, but sometimes it was just hard. he fell too hard, too fast, and honestly, it was kind of embarrassing. “yes, i know i opened the door, but you practically barged in,” he said, trying to joke it off and cool the redness in his cheeks. but it wasn’t working, not when his friend’s attention was locked on him—and on his relationship with river. he felt comfortable around casey, which was part of why he opened up in the first place, but now he was lowkey regretting it—not because he didn’t trust him, but because of all the teasing that came with it. he was being honest, confessing how he felt about his boyfriend. flynn had always wanted the kind of love that sweeps you off your feet. maybe he was a hopeless romantic, but if the straight couples in rom-coms could have that kind of love, then so could he—or at least, that’s what he told himself. when he called casey an asshole and he didn’t even flinch, flynn just shook his head. “don’t call me babycakes,” he said, trying not to smile. “maybe you could write me a song,” he added, “skip the romance novel, i don’t like reading—but you could help me write a song. maybe i could be the lead singer and you could play guitar, even though you’re not that good,” he teased, sticking his tongue out. when casey groaned at his question, flynn raised his eyebrows—he probably should’ve googled it first. “boob squeeze? i think river doesn’t have boobs,” he pointed out. and when casey offered to explain what sex was, flynn cut him off fast. “no, i don’t need you to,” he said way too quickly. “so i’m on first base, then,” he nodded, adding, “but my innocent mind is fine.” he paused. “should i be more concerned about how you reacted or how well you explained that?”

Casey could feel the weight of her words—not heavy in a burdensome way, but in a way that settled deep, somewhere between appreciation and longing. She wasn’t blaming anything or anyone, least of all Celeste. He knew that. They both knew the reality of being new parents—how time seemed to fold in on itself, how moments of intimacy became something you had to plan around cries and feedings. Still, it hadn’t changed the way he felt about her. If anything, it made the rare quiet moments like this one feel even more precious. He watched her with a quiet intensity as she joked about the towel, the corner of his mouth twitching into a grin at her boldness. That playful look in her eye? God, he missed that. Missed her. Not just physically, but that version of her—the unfiltered, confident woman who used to crawl into his lap just because she could. He couldn't remember the last time she had done just that. Her words landed like a challenge, one he had no intention of backing down from. The way she said it— lit a fire in him. She wasn’t just teasing; she was daring him to remember who they were before the baby, before the exhaustion, before the quiet resentment of a schedule run by tiny cries. "I don't know. Can I? I'll try and make myself recover quickly if needed. I'm not wasting tonight." When she told him to drop the towel, his smirk widened. She called him out on his theatrics, and she was right—he was teasing her. He loved how she looked at him, openly admiring, like he was still the guy who could turn her on just by walking into a room. He let the towel fall, not with bravado, but with a kind of reverence, watching her as much as she watched him. The way she undressed in front of him—it wasn’t just about sex. It was about permission. About saying I still want you like this. I still need you like this. Casey’s heart twisted a little when she joked about wanting to be touched because someone wanted her, not because of hunger or motherhood. He could hear the vulnerability under the humor. He stepped in close, hands reaching for her not out of habit, but with purpose. “Yeah,” he said, voice low, fingers grazing over the curve of her waist with something like awe. “I can do that.” And he meant it. For tonight, he wasn’t just her partner, the co-parent, the one who warmed bottles in the middle of the night. He was hers—and she was his. He leaned in close, lips just brushing her ear. “Say the word, and I’ll make sure you don’t walk straight 'til Monday.” His hands moved up slowly, sliding over her waist, fingers trailing the curve of her sides before easing up to her chest. He cupped her gently on both sides, thumbs brushing over her skin in a way that was more reverent than rough—like he was taking a moment just to appreciate her. His lips brushed over her breasts in hot wet kisses, warm and slow. He pulled back with a playful smile, eyes meeting hers. “These were mine before they were hers,” he said softly, his voice teasing but full of affection. “I want you always, just saying,” he said, his voice low, playful, and full of intent. Casey’s hand moved to the small of Coral’s back, pressing her flush against him with a slow, purposeful pull. His gaze darkened with desire, as his eyes slowly raked over Coral, taking her in with a steady, intense gaze. He didn’t rush it—his eyes lingered on her, his smirk growing as he looked her up and down. Once his gaze reached her face, he glanced to the side, a chuckle slipping from him as he licked his bottom lip slowly, biting it afterward. “Fuck, baby… I don’t even know where to start,” he said, his voice low and heavy with desire, his confidence undeniable.
they couldn’t have those moments whenever they wanted anymore, not like they used to before celeste. she didn’t mean that in a bad way, but raising a baby wasn’t as easy as movies made it seem—they didn’t have time for those little love sessions. it wasn’t that anything had changed between them, they still loved each other so deeply, they’d just learned to wait. even though she loved their daughter more than anything in the world, the feeling of not having to care about cries or feedings felt oddly relaxing—she could enjoy one night of peace and quiet, and she was ready to make the most of it. she couldn’t deny how excited she was, dying to put her hands all over casey. "i get horny every time i look at you, don’t blame the towel," she joked, sending a playful wink his way. she bit her lower lip at the mention of sexual frustration. "and we’re going to make the most of this night—you’re not the only one who's frustrated, trust me," she said, looking down at casey. "the question is, can you recover as fast as me?" she smirked, her dark gaze dropping to his hand, waiting for him to let the towel fall. "take it off already," she laughed. "dignity?" she scoffed. "you don’t know what that is, casey—you’re just teasing me." as the towel hit the floor, she smirked, openly admiring her boyfriend in all his glory. "don’t talk about your dick like it’s got its own mind, casey," she said, rolling her eyes playfully. her hands slid to the sides of her underwear, easing it down before stepping out of it. "now, are you gonna make me limp around tomorrow or what, owens?" she smirked. "just for one night, i’d love for someone to touch my boobs because they want me, not because you're hungry" she laughed softly. "can you do that?"

Casey didn’t mean to laugh that hard—but Flynn’s horrified expression, the way his ears went red, the flustered way he backpedaled through his own words—it was perfect. He couldn't help himself. He loved watching Flynn squirm when he accidentally overshared, especially when it came to things that made his cheeks burn. Casey grinned, all teeth, leaning back in his seat with a satisfied look like he’d just won something. His laughter slowed, but the smug amusement stayed. “You opened the damn door and then ran straight through it with a monologue,” Casey teased. “Don't blame me for walking in.” He meant it playfully, but he wasn’t blind to what was under the jokes. Flynn never opened up this easily with people—not about love, not about River, definitely not about feelings. But here he was, red-faced and vulnerable, and Casey could tell that it meant something. That trust. That comfort. The way Flynn talked about River—soft and genuine and a little nervous—made something twist in Casey’s chest. Not jealousy, not exactly. Just…a quiet appreciation for how much heart Flynn had. The guy was pure. He raised his hands in surrender. “That’s not new information, babycakes.” But inside, he was smiling. He liked that Flynn could snap back. That he wasn’t just soft—he had fire, too. Then Flynn leaned into it, surprising him with that nod, that confession. Casey blinked, caught off guard for a second by how honest that was. How unapologetically honest. Most people tried to bury stuff like that under sarcasm or shame. But not Flynn. Casey tilted his head, smirking again, but this time it was softer. “You’re gonna make someone write a goddamn romance novel about you,” he said. Then came the question. Casey’s eyes widened dramatically, leaning forward like Flynn had just said something scandalous. “You’re kidding. Oh my God,” Casey groaned, dragging a hand over his face. “Okay, class is in session, let’s go. First base: kissing. Second base: hands— usually a boob squeeze. Third base: hands go south. Fourth base, you hit a home run. That's sex.” Casey grinned, biting back another laugh. Then he leaned forward, elbows on his knees, grinning like he was about to deliver a punchline. “Do I need to explain what sex is to your innocent mind, or...?”
flynn laughed along with casey, he wasn't as open about everything in his life as casey was, and he didn't know how he had just ended up telling casey about his boyfriend's past, but that conversation had taken a more mature turn. "i didn't open the door, i was telling you about my boyfriend, i didn't want to know all that," he chuckled, shaking his head. the way casey laughed was enough to know he was enjoying himself way too much seeing flynn all mortified. that was how their relationship worked and, if flynn was honest, he couldn't ask for a better friend. the way casey looked at him as he talked about his experience with river made him feel nervous, but he was telling the truth—the same thing he had told arden after those dates that turned into more than just talking. when casey called him a sap, flynn furrowed his eyebrows, "you're a bit of an asshole," he shot back, feeling his cheeks burn. maybe he was a hopeless romantic, but if he was completely honest, that was what he liked—he didn't enjoy getting swept away too fast, he liked falling in love slowly, savoring every second of it. when casey rephrased what he said, the blonde couldn’t help but nod. "that's exactly how it worked, i felt butterflies and everything, it was so cute," he confessed, surprised by the shift in tone—from calling it cute to casey implying he could go further. "i have limits, but not when it comes to talking about what you did with coral," he pointed out. "and what's the difference between second and third base?" he asked, because honestly, he had heard of that stuff but never really got too invested in learning the real definitions.

For Casey, finding time to be alone with Coral had become one of the rarest luxuries. Life had changed so much since the baby—beautifully, chaotically—but the quiet moments between just the two of them had started to slip through the cracks. Still, it amazed him how easily she could make the rest of the world disappear. One glance, one smile, and suddenly it was like nothing else mattered. They had raised a little human together. A whole baby. That alone deserved a celebration, a pause—just one night that belonged to them, the way it used to. No bottles, no cries, no background noise. Just Coral and Casey, enjoying each other. She hadn’t changed in all the ways that counted. That playful spark still danced in her eyes, and she still knew exactly how to push his buttons in the best ways. Like licking the chocolate off his fingers slowly, eyes locked with his, making him grin despite himself. "I just showered, baby. I don't think that it's completely my fault that you get horny at the sight of me wrapped in nothing but a towel." Casey adored Coral in a way that felt almost otherworldly. Every stolen glance, every fleeting touch, carried a weight of emotions that words could never quite capture. Their lives were a whirlwind of responsibilities and chaos, leaving them with precious little time to simply be together. Yet, in those rare moments of solitude, the world seemed to fade away, leaving only the two of them. Casey's gaze fell from Coral's eyes to her lips and back up again. "Three different rooms? Are you sure?I have one night and a shit ton of pent up sexual frustration to get out of my system." Casey's hand pressed to the part of the towel that he'd folded to keep everything up right and in tact. A slip of his hand that the towel would fall to kitchen tiles in seconds. "The towel's covering my dignity." Unfortunately, Casey didn't have no dignity inside of him anymore. Not when both him and his girlfriend were in the same mood tonight. He twisted his hand and let it drop to the kitchen tiles and shoved his arms out to his sides proudly as if to show what was now on show. He probably should've felt a little embarrassed but he didn't. Not one bit. "He's missed you. Your turn."
finding time to be alone had become a challenge for them, but it was so easy for them to forget about everything; she only needed a glance or a smile to lose track of it all. they had managed to raise a little baby, they deserved one night—like in the past—just them, enjoying each other and their time together. she still had her playful attitude, knowing exactly how to get him as excited as she was, licking the chocolate off his fingers and making him smile. "and you came out of the shower into the kitchen to torture me with how amazing you look barely naked, you're evil, carey owen?" she smiled, a playful smile tugging at her lips as she leaned in to kiss him just as teasingly. coral's eyes never left his as she removed her top, noticing by the way he looked at her that he was definitely enjoying the view. a giggle escaped her lips as he placed her on the kitchen counter, her hands instantly sweeping everything to the side as he leaned in to kiss her again, this time with a hunger she felt deep in her chest. "even better?" she asked, raising her eyebrows at him, her words coming out as a breathless whisper. "i want you to do everything you want to me, in the kitchen... on the couch... on our bed," she smiled, leaning closer. "the world is your oyster," she added with a wink, just as his attention shifted to trail kisses down her neck and chest. her hands moved to rest behind her, steadying herself as her breath hitched and her heart raced inside her chest. as he ever so gently discarded another piece of her clothing, coral smiled. "i couldn't agree more but... you should do the same with that towel."

Casey couldn’t help but crack up at his best friend’s dramatic groan, the way he delivered that whole “you kiss your girlfriend with that dirty mouth” line like he hadn’t met Casey before. He was already shaking his head, grinning as the rest of the sentence trailed off exactly where Casey knew it would—into a reluctant backpedal. “See, this is what happens when you open the door,” Casey said, laughing as he leaned back in his chair, clearly way too pleased with himself. “Don’t blame me for walking through it.” It was always like this between them—banter, boundaries lightly tested, Casey saying things that made his friend regret ever asking questions in the first place. Honestly, Casey lived for it. Still, he didn’t push too far. Especially now, when the subject shifted just enough to land somewhere a little more honest, a little closer to the heart. Casey watched Flynn stumble through the words, cheeks going crimson like he’d just admitted to a federal crime instead of, y’know, just kissing his boyfriend. It was kind of adorable. Annoyingly so. The kind of adorable that made Casey want to simultaneously tease him into next week and ruffle his hair like a proud older sibling. He raised an eyebrow, arms crossed as he leaned back with a smirk. “God, you’re such a sap.” But underneath the sarcasm, he meant it in the best way. Still, he couldn't help but add, “So what I’m hearing is… River’s got you out here kicking your feet and blushing like a high schooler over a couch kiss. Honestly? Kinda love that for you,” he said after a beat, tone softening. “You deserve someone who makes you feel safe and turns you into a tomato.” Then, without missing a beat: “But don’t expect me to sit through the full rom-com recap every time you two lock lips. I have limits, man. Update me next when you get to second or third base when he gets you all you all horny over him."
casey wasn’t the first person he talked about it with besides arden—she had been the first one because she was the one who found that video for him. he was still curious how she even managed to do that, but he wasn’t about to ask. he didn’t want to know how she had an account on that site or whatever, the thought alone made a shiver run down his spine. still, flynn couldn’t help but feel awkward about it, knowing casey now knew his little secret made him nervous. he knew casey had no problem talking about how great her alone time with her girlfriend was, but he wasn’t like that—he was way more private. "i know i’m not doing anything wrong, but it’s like ‘ohh i’m watching you,’” he said, voice going all ghostly. “okay, that wasn’t how i wanted it to sound,” he added quickly, wincing. “i know he’s the one who posted it online,” he sighed, “but it’s like… i paid for it, even if it was arden, you know? i don’t know, maybe i’m overthinking it way too much.” he shook his head. that always happened. “casey, stop,” he groaned, feeling his cheeks burn red as casey kept teasing him. when she started describing how he probably recorded himself, he closed his eyes and covered his ears. “i don’t want to know the thought process behind those videos, casey!” he laughed, shaking his head. “god, i would say ‘and you kiss your girlfriend with that dirty mouth,’ but the answer is gonna be something like ‘yes and she enjoys it,’ so i’ll save myself the embarrassment,” he said with a laugh. sometimes he couldn’t believe his best friend. “yeah, i know i was the one who brought it up, but i don’t want to imagine you like that, casey,” he insisted. when the next question came, he sighed—the topic was kind of related but way less spicy. “we’ve kissed… a couple of times,” he admitted, smiling as his face went bright red, “mostly in his apartment,” he added shyly. “i think he enjoys how flustered i get a little too much,” he confessed, “but he’s so secure and comfortable… he’s nice, maybe the nicest boyfriend i’ve ever had.”

Casey’s heart swelled as he watched Coral’s playful, confident energy fill the room. It had been a while since they'd had a moment like this, just the two of them, and he cherished how easily she could make him feel so connected to her, even in the midst of everything. Her teasing smile, the way her eyes held his—everything about her made him feel like they were still the same couple they’d always been, even after everything had changed. When she licked the chocolate off his fingers, Casey felt an instant spark. There was something about her playful nature that always drew him in, no matter how much time had passed. He loved how effortlessly they could keep things light and fun, always making each other swoon in the simplest ways. As she leaned in and wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling him closer, he felt that familiar warmth rush through him. Every little touch, every moment felt so intimate. "Too under-dressed? I just came out the shower, baby." When she pulled off her shirt, revealing the soft baby blue set underneath, his breath caught in his throat. He watched the shirt slip down onto the kitchen tiles. Casey wasted no more - surging his own body forwards so he was chest to chest against the blonde. He backed her up against one of the smooth sides of the kitchen counters. His hand gently gripped the back of Coral's neck as he hungrily pressed his mouth against hers. "Better. Could be even better though." He pulled back and looked around knowing they were in an empty house where nobody would see them. The two were having an interrupted night tonight. "You want me to strip you off in the kitchen?" He couldn't hide the excitement from his face. That could be arranged. His mouth kissed down the girls' neck, to her chest, as his free hand unhooked the girl's bra without even looking at the latches at the back of it. Casey thumb hooked underneath one of the shoulders straps before he tossed the material across the room. "The less clothes the better, wouldn't you agree?"
coral and casey’s time alone had disappeared ever since celeste was born. she had brought them so much happiness, but she had also taken away many moments they used to have just for themselves. still, coral could never be mad at their baby girl for it—they just had to find the right moments. and when they did, they made the most of them. seeing the way casey’s expression shifted as she licked the chocolate off his fingers made her want to tease him even more. her movements were deliberate, her eye contact unyielding. she couldn’t help it. "you know me too well," she smiled. he did—he knew exactly how to get under her skin, just like she knew how to make him lose his mind. that was how they worked, always teasing, always making each other happy. as he leaned in closer to whisper those sweet words against the shell of her ear, coral felt her knees weaken. how was he able to be this hot? "maybe you’re a little too underdressed to be in the kitchen," she smirked. the moment he leaned in further, her arms instinctively wrapped around his neck, pulling him even closer. she could feel his hand grazing the hem of her t-shirt, and it was already driving her crazy. "i feel really hot right now," she whispered against his lips, kissing him again before pulling away just enough to tug her shirt over her head, revealing a delicate baby blue set underneath. she let the shirt fall to the kitchen floor. "oops," she smiled playfully. "better?" she smirked, tilting her head. "if you think this is too much… undress me yourself."

Casey couldn’t help but grin at Flynn’s nervousness. Of course, Flynn would get shy about something like this—he wasn’t exactly the type to broadcast personal details, especially when it came to something as intimate as watching videos of his boyfriend. Casey, on the other hand, had no problem being open about that kind of stuff. It didn’t faze him, and he loved how Flynn would try to cover up the awkwardness with humor. When Flynn admitted to feeling like a creep for watching his boyfriend in private moments, Casey raised an eyebrow, trying to suppress a chuckle. "I get it, man. It's a little weird, but it’s not like you're doing anything wrong," he reassured him. "But I get it, overthinking and all that… it's like you’re doing something shady, right? Just remember he's the one that posted them online." He could see the way Flynn was over-analyzing it, but Casey wasn’t judging. In fact, he found it kind of endearing. "Nah, man, not judging," he said with a grin, leaning back in his seat. "But I can’t say I wasn’t laughing about how into that video you seem to be. You were totally glued to it, huh?" He let out a teasing laugh, fully expecting Flynn to blush more, but he had no malice in it. This was just how their friendship worked—teasing, but never crossing any boundaries. "My phone and dick are held with two different hands. How would I whack one out if I was videoing myself at the exact same time?" As Flynn awkwardly shifted the conversation, asking if Casey had anything else to talk about, Casey couldn’t help but laugh. "Oh, come on, you’re the one who brought up the videos!" he said, still amused. "But sure, we can talk about something else. Maybe something less... spicy." Casey’s grin turned mischievous as he leaned in a little closer, watching Flynn squirm. He wasn’t one to hold back when he had something to tease his best friend about, especially when it came to topics like this. Flynn’s awkwardness just made it more fun. "Yeah, have you kissed him yet?" Casey asked, his voice dripping with playful curiosity. He raised an eyebrow as he watched Flynn’s reaction, clearly enjoying the way his best friend seemed to get more uncomfortable with every passing second. "Or have you just watched his stuff and thought about it?"
of course flynn was going to get shy about it, he wasn’t the one who went around telling the band about what he did in private, that was more of a thing casey and nate did. it didn’t feel weird telling his best friend, but admitting he’d seen a video of his boyfriend touching himself online a few times made him a little anxious. "i know, but i feel like a creep watching him like that, i don’t know," he shook his head. there was nothing wrong with it, yet here he was, overthinking it like he was doing something illegal. "i hope you're not judging," he chuckled, looking at casey who’d just admitted he liked to laugh about how into that video the blonde was. he knew his best friend would tease him about it. when casey admitted he had his own little gallery of coral’s spicy moments, flynn felt a blush creeping up his cheeks. "do you ever let me hold your phone again?" he mused, shivering as he shook his head. the thought of finding one of those videos haunted him. "okay, i’ve had enough talking about videos," he shook his head. "do you have anything else you wanna talk about?" he laughed nervously.

Casey stood there in the kitchen, a towel hanging low around his waist, damp hair dripping ever so lightly onto his shoulders. His eyes were fixed on Coral, every movement of hers drawing him in deeper, like he couldn’t tear himself away if he tried. She was everything to him—every second spent with her felt like a reminder of how lucky he was to have her in his life. His jaw nearly hit the floor when she leaned in, taking his chocolate-covered fingers into her mouth with that slow, deliberate motion of hers. His breath hitched, a shiver running down his spine as he watched her, completely captivated. She could probably see the goosebumps and chills running down both his arms. When she pulled back slightly, that teasing glint in her eyes was enough to make him forget where he was. “I knew you'd enjoy that.” His voice was a little rougher than usual, his words almost a whisper as he watched her, still in awe of how she could make him lose all sense of time and space. He stepped closer, his gaze not leaving hers, and his heart thudded hard in his chest. She always knew how to get to him. With a smirk of his own, he leaned in just enough to close the gap between them, his lips brushing against her ear as he whispered, “I feel like you're still a bit too overdressed for my liking." He wasn’t sure what kind of magic she had, but whatever it was, it worked. She had him wrapped around her finger—and he wouldn’t have it any other way. Casey’s hand gently moved down, his fingers still warm from the shower, brushing softly against the fabric of Coral’s t-shirt. The heat of his skin contrasts with the coolness of the fabric as he lets his fingers linger there, his voice light with a hint of playfulness. "Are you feeling a little hot right now, or is it just me?"
hey had been busy—busy with work and even busier with a one-year-old who constantly demanded their attention. coral and casey loved every second of it, but it had definitely made it harder for them to enjoy their alone time the way they used to. before emily and celeste, they had been all over each other—maybe that was even how she got pregnant in the first place. and after a year of barely getting more than fifteen uninterrupted minutes together, tonight was finally theirs. she tried to stay focused on what she was doing, but it was impossible with casey walking around the kitchen like that—long, damp hair, a towel slung low around his waist. all her concentration? gone. just the anticipation of him getting closer sent a rush of butterflies through her stomach. she tried to guess what he had, but she was wrong. "oh, so no strawberry for me?" she pouted. as his hand dropped from her eyes, she noticed his chocolate-covered fingers right near her lips. her smirk deepened as she looked up at him before leaning in, taking his fingers into her mouth. her tongue worked slowly around them, her gaze heavy, locked onto his. when she finally sucked them clean, she pulled back just slightly, a teasing glint in her eyes. "mm, tastes amazing," she murmured. "way better than a strawberry."

Casey leaned back in his chair, casually swirling the coffee in his cup, a smirk playing on his lips as he listened to Flynn’s words. As Flynn admitted to watching the video too many times, Casey couldn’t help but raise an eyebrow, genuinely curious but also amused. "Hey, don't act all shy about it," Casey teased, a mischievous grin spreading across his face. "It’s your boyfriend's past videos, Flynn. You do whatever you want to do with those things." He chuckled as Flynn warned him not to judge, clearly trying to defend his little guilty pleasure. "You really think I’m judging?" Casey shot back, leaning forward with a mock-serious expression. "Nah, I’m just laughing at how into it you are." He loved giving Flynn a hard time, especially when the guy was so earnest about it all. He leaned forward, lowering his voice just enough to make it sound like he was sharing a scandalous secret. "You know, I’ve got a whole collection of… well, let’s just say, memories that I like to keep private. No big deal." He waggled his eyebrows teasingly, clearly enjoying how much it was throwing Flynn off. Flynn’s expression was priceless, and Casey couldn’t help but laugh outright, completely unbothered by the teasing. "I mean, it's not like it’s anything weird. Just some fun, you know?" He shrugged, still smiling. "I have a toddling kid at home now, sometimes we don't get the time to get down and dirty, video's suffice sometimes."
when flynn asked casey if he wanted to go out for coffee, it wasn’t just for casual conversation—he wanted to talk about his boyfriend’s past. not because he wanted to judge him, but because he needed to tell someone who was in a relationship. maybe casey would know more than arden and her single self. "she’ll be happy to hear about that," he nodded, thinking about coral. he had a great relationship with her—she was the nicest soul and always balanced out the band’s energy with her calm nature. he couldn’t not like her. "i know you’re not going to judge him, i’m not judging him either, but i wanted to tell you. i still need to tell nate, but i feel like he’s going to laugh at my reaction even more than you," he mused. nate was the best, but he would absolutely take every chance to tease flynn about it, and flynn wasn’t sure he was ready for that. "hey, don’t judge me, she makes me feel things," he added with a playful smile, though if he was honest, even if river’s video had been his most-streamed clip, he wouldn’t admit it out loud. he was a little embarrassed by how many times he had watched it. "you should stop laughing and talking—enjoy your drink," he teased casey back. maybe casey knew a lot about this, but in his past relationships, flynn had never recorded himself or his partners. maybe it was because he was afraid of those pictures or videos getting leaked, but he hadn’t even realized it was such a common thing. "i know, i only have to do the things i feel like doing, but i didn’t know people actually did that," he confessed. when casey reminded him that he had standards, flynn nodded—he was right, and that was why flynn liked talking to him. he always had some kind of advice, even if it came with a side of teasing. "oh, please don’t tell me you do that too," he groaned, shaking his head. "i don’t need to know what you two send each other," he laughed. "knowing you, it’s probably not the most tasteful video ever," he added playfully. "poor coral, i feel bad for her."

Casey hugged her tightly, her arms enveloping her in a warm, enthusiastic embrace. He could see how much his presence meant to her, how deeply she had missed him. "It just wasn't the same around here without you around this place, T." When Thalia said she needed him, it hit him harder than he expected. He stepped back and placed his hands on her shoulders, locking eyes with her as he spoke, his voice steady and full of sincerity. “I’ve got you, always, okay? I'm your big brother - that's my job.” His words, simple but full of promise, echoed the unwavering support he felt for her. It felt good, more than anything, to be standing there with her again—to know that, despite everything, they still had each other.
Casey welcomed her with a warm enthusiastic embrace, as energetic as ever, her big brother, her rock "Yes I'm back, finally, I missed you more man, like seriously, living at a ranch was great, but barely worth missing you guys as much as I did" she admitted to him. She had really missed him, just looking at him, hearing his voice, smelling his scent, feeling his energy, it felt so good to have him again, she was just a bout holding back tears, it felt so overwhelmingly good. "I'm really glad to see you again Casey...I really really am...I needed this, I needed you"

Casey had just stepped out of the shower, still feeling the lingering warmth of it as he moved around the kitchen. He could sense the shift of energy in the air - they had been waiting for this night. He couldn’t help but smile as he watched her, how she didn’t even notice him at first, lost in her own world of preparations. When he finally spoke, he caught the shift in her expression—the way her eyes lit up, and the smile she gave him. He loved that about her, how she still looked at him with that spark. He was in there with his towel hung low, his damp hair framing his face and he knew it wasn’t just the physical that caught her eye. As he popped the chocolate-covered fruit into his mouth, he noticed how her gaze lingered on him, and it gave him a quiet confidence. He smirked - unable to hide his amusement. He was teasing her, just a little, but it seemed like it was working—he could feel the tension building between them. He crossed the room towards her. When he reached her, her covered her eyes with his hand, and smiled, amused by her reaction. Her chuckle was exactly what he needed to hear in the moment. She trusted him and he knew that much already. "You're wrong," he whispered, feeling the playful, teasing connection between them deepen. "It's my finger dipped in the chocolate sauce I was just whisking." He slowly and deliberately brought his finger up to Coral’s lips. He hovered there for a moment, savoring the teasing tension, before gently placing his chocolate-covered finger near the girls mouth, a quiet challenge in his eyes. He let his over hand fall away from Coral's eyes -wanting Coral to met his gaze. "You gotta let me know if it tastes good."
coral had been waiting for that night for months. it wasn’t valentine’s day just yet, but she didn’t care—it felt like it. a whole night just to show casey how much she loved him. she was beyond grateful that casey’s mom had agreed to watch their daughter. it wasn’t that coral didn’t love being a mom, but she missed having alone time with casey. whenever they were finally alone after celeste fell asleep, they were always too tired to enjoy it. as casey got home, she started making dinner, getting everything ready for later. she was so focused she didn’t even notice him walking into the kitchen after his shower. when she heard his voice, she smiled, finally looking up at him. he looked so good—towel hanging low, damp hair falling just right. actually, he looked amazing. she bit her lower lip as he ate the chocolate-covered fruit, wondering if he was teasing her on purpose. if he was, it worked. maybe she was just too frustrated, but even the smallest thing was enough to turn her on. coral shook her head, trying to focus, when she suddenly felt casey’s hand covering her eyes. "do i trust you?" she chuckled. "i do, but i trust more knowing it’s probably a chocolate-covered strawberry."

Casey leaned back in his chair, the laughter bubbling up at Flynn’s quick retort about Coral finding him and “ending” him if he ever thought about seeing Casey naked. He was used to the teasing by now—Flynn’s dry wit had always been one of his favorite things about him—but hearing Flynn casually mention his boyfriend’s OnlyFans account still caught him off guard. It was a solid move, and Casey’s eyebrows shot up in amusement. “I'm for my girlfriend's eyes only, sorry about it.” Casey chuckled, not missing the smile that tugged at Flynn’s lips. It was clear Flynn had learned to roll with the punches. Years of friendship had taught him how to match Casey’s teasing without missing a beat. "Go ahead and brag all you want. I'm not judging him for his videos. He can do what he wants to do." But then, Flynn dropped a comment about "Bejeweled" and Taylor Swift, and Casey leaned his face into his hand; face-palming. "You Swifties! You're obsessed with that woman and her songs and her videos." Flynn’s attempt to steer the conversation away wasn’t working. It never did with Casey. As much as Flynn tried to dodge, Casey was always there to keep the conversation rolling, pulling him back in with another round of teasing. But then, Flynn caught him off guard again, trying to stop him from laughing too hard by pointing out how he was about to spill his drink. "Hey!" Casey laughed, finally regaining his composure. "I can laugh and drink at the same time. It's a talent." He took a careful sip, making sure not to spill it this time. “Recording yourself for private use? Yeah, that’s a thing,” Casey replied, his voice thoughtful now. “A lot of people do it just for fun or to keep things private. Doesn’t have to be anything public. But you’ve gotta be comfortable with it, you know? There’s no pressure to do anything you’re not cool with.” Casey leaned back, giving Flynn a reassuring look. "“Whatever feels right for you, man. And hey, I’m sure you’ve got no problem turning down offers when you don’t want to be on camera. You’re Flynn—you’ve got standards.” He shot Flynn a grin, knowing full well that his friend might still be a bit shy about it all. But that was what made their friendship so easy—Flynn could talk about the awkward stuff without judgment, and Casey could keep the conversation flowing, making it feel like less of a big deal. "I'm not going to pretend I haven't sent my girlfriend a video in the past. I'd also find it hot if she sent one to me."
after years of friendship, flynn had managed to learn how to push his nervousness away whenever he was with the band. they were his best friends, so he allowed himself to joke and tease them. it came as second nature now, even if they were the ones who loved teasing him because of how nervous he could get. as casey kept joking about how he was imagining him naked, flynn couldn't help rolling his eyes. "even if i wanted to keep that image of you naked, i know coral would find me and end me, so i don't feel like that happening," he joked, a smile tugging the corners of the blonde's lips. the look on casey's face amused him—he was sure casey wasn't expecting flynn to casually mention that his boyfriend had an onlyfans account. "thanks for letting me brag about my boyfriend," he rolled his eyes playfully, "i don't remember giving you permission to brag about coral though, was that a thing?" he joked. he had scored, that was true—he had found a really hot and nice boyfriend, a little spicy too, and no one would deny that. "i don't think it's my most repeated video, tay tay takes the cake with 'bejeweled,'" he mused sincerely. sometimes, flynn could find ways to ditch conversations too easily, but that didn’t work—not with casey. "can you not smack me because you're laughing? you're going to pour your drink onto the ground," he mused, trying his best not to laugh along with casey. "he hasn't asked me to be in one, and i don't think i could do that," he admitted. he wasn’t confident, and the thought of people seeing him like that scattered across the internet made him sick. "is that a thing? recording yourself even if it's for private use?"

Casey nearly burst through the door as Thalia could stepped up his porch. The excitement buzzing through him as soon as he saw her—his sister, his family, back in town. His hands moved before his brain could catch up, and before Thalia had a chance to say a word, he was pulling her into a bear hug. “T!” he shouted, almost laughing, his voice full of a joy that only someone who hadn't seen their sibling in ages could express. “You’re back! I missed you like crazy, dude,” he said, his voice slightly muffled against her shoulder but heavy with sincerity. He pulled back, finally giving her enough space to breathe, his hands lingering on her arms as he took a few steps back to get a better look at her. He studied her face, the slight changes in her expression, the way her eyes seemed a little more tired, a little older than the last time he'd seen her. But she was still his Thalia—his adopted sister. His grin softened as he took in her presence, his excitement fading into a fondness that only a sibling could have. “Damn, it’s good to see you again, sis.”
The drive back to Euroville felt longer than it should have. Every mile stretched with the weight of everything Thalia was leaving behind. The farm, the life she had built with her husband, and the grief that still clung to her like an old, familiar coat. But as she pulled onto the quiet, familiar streets of her hometown, something inside her loosened. This was home. Or at least, it was supposed to be.
Before she'd headed to the house she had bought, she has one more stop on the way, her brother's place, she just had to see him before she started unpacking. She parked in front of Casey’s house, her fingers gripping the steering wheel for a moment longer than necessary. This wasn’t just another visit. This was permanent.
Before she could overthink it, she stepped out, the crisp air hitting her as she approached the front door. She barely had time to knock before it swung open, and there he was—Casey. The sight of him, so familiar and grounding, made her throat tighten.
“Hey,” she said, her voice softer than she intended, the weight of the past year making it tremble.

Casey stood in the kitchen, the faint scent of soap still lingering on his skin after his quick shower. He was still adjusting to the strange mixture of emotions coursing through him—nervousness, excitement, and a quiet anticipation that made him feel like a teenager again. Celeste was at his mom's house for the night, and the thought of a whole evening with Coral, just the two of them, was both thrilling and a little intimidating. His heart raced as he stood there, wrapped in nothing but a towel, watching Coral at the counter. The way she moved—so effortlessly, so at ease—only made him more aware of how much he was looking forward to this. Their nights together were always special, but tonight felt different. Maybe it was the quiet promise of being able to give her his full attention, without any distractions. He didn't want to rush things, but damn if he wasn't eager to see where the night could go. His gaze dropped without him really meaning to, his attention momentarily drawn to the soft curve of Coral’s figure as she moved around the kitchen. His eyes traced the line of her silhouette. "Hey," he said finally, his voice a little more sultry than usual, as if he was trying to ground himself in the moment. "What do you want to do tonight?" He raised an eyebrow, his lips quirking into a half-smile. Casey picked up one of the fresh strawberries from the bowl he'd been cutting the stalks from, dipped it into the rich chocolate dip he'd been whisking, and brought it slowly to his lips. The smooth, dark chocolate clung to the fruit, creating the perfect balance of sweetness and decadence. As he chewed, his gaze drifted to Coral, who was across the kitchen. The sight of her made his pulse quicken. He swallowed the strawberry, then playfully dipped his finger into the chocolate, giving it a swirl. With a grin, he walked up behind Coral, careful not to startle her. Gently, he covered her eyes with his clean hand, his voice soft and teasing. "Trust me?" he asked, a playful edge in his tone.

Casey couldn't help but laugh at Flynn's playful teasing. It wasn’t the first time they’d joked around like this, or the last, but with the way Flynn was talking, he couldn't deny that the conversation was taking a turn and amusing him. He knew Flynn well enough to know that he wasn’t really serious, but still, hearing Flynn talk so openly about these things always threw him off a little. His friend was good dude. "Alright, alright," Casey said, holding his hands up in mock surrender, "I'll stop talking about my cock, but seriously, you need to get that image out of your head. I know how hard that's gonna be for you." When Flynn mentioned the video, Casey raised an eyebrow, already guessing where this was going. He had known Flynn long enough to expect the unexpected, but this? This was new territory. It was almost hard to believe Flynn was so open about his boyfriends antics. River seemed like a wild child in comparison to one of his besties. "He's hotter in person too? Score, dude. You get to brag about him." The smirk on Flynn’s face made Casey laugh again, despite how ridiculous the conversation had gotten. “Dude, you’re out of control,” he said, shaking his head but still grinning. “I bet it's your most repeated video now too, now, huh? Does he know you watched it?" Casey tilted his head back as a loud laugh escaped from out of him. He playfully smacked his best friend on the thigh to calm himself - letting him know that his comment had tickled him. "Oh, no, please. You should save any sight of that for your boyfriends eyes only. Has he asked you to be in one?"
flynn loved casey and all their bandmates. he could always be himself around them—they’d never judge him for anything. and coral? he loved her with all his heart. she was the sweetest girl ever, and casey and coral together were a match made in heaven. “oh, if you make a dirty comment out of that, i swear i’ll smack you, dude,” he joked, shaking his head at casey’s comment. “you’ll get used to it—you’re already good at dealing with yourself,” he teased, sticking his tongue out at him. “it’s the military,” he added with a playful eye roll at casey’s words. “can you stop talking about your cock? thank you. i’m trying to enjoy my incredibly sweet drink here, and i really don’t want to picture what’s under your underwear,” he laughed, shaking his head. it wasn’t like he hadn’t seen casey naked before—they’d been friends way too long for it to be weird. flynn knew his news would probably shock casey, but the way he reacted was hilarious. “yeah, like an account with videos,” he nodded, trying to keep a straight face. at casey’s reaction, he raised an eyebrow. “i really shouldn’t be talking about this, but yeah, man. really hot,” he admitted, grinning. “i get why people pay to see that,” he said with another nod. “but honestly? he’s way hotter in person.” a smirk tugged at his lips as he added, “i kinda had to admit how many times i’d watched that video, but man, god... it was something else. he’s so hot, and the confidence? wow. i’m gonna have to start keeping track—or you’re gonna end up being the one seeing my huge cock.” he teased, laughing.

They had been through so much, both good and bad, but now—now they were finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. There was a quiet happiness that surrounded them, a sense of calm that came with the life they had built together, especially with Celeste in their arms. He hadn’t expected fatherhood to change him so much, but it had, in the best way possible. "The tiredness, the late nights, and the uncertainty had been hard, but every moment of exhaustion was worth it. Coral’s beaming smile, the soft way she spoke about their daughter, and the way she rested against him made everything feel worth it. He brushed another strand of hair behind her ear, feeling a surge of affection for both her and Celeste. It wasn’t the same as it used to be, the carefree days of date nights and spontaneous adventures, but there was a different kind of beauty in the quiet moments they shared now—moments that were full of love, even in the exhaustion. "I think she inherited beast mode from her daddy." When Coral joked about being more half-asleep than awake, he chuckled softly, nodding in agreement. "I think you’re right," he teased, feeling a warm sense of camaraderie in their shared sleep-deprived reality. But there was a happiness in it—being in this together, even if they were both running on empty. Celeste had changed everything, but in the best way. Her teasing about the park made him laugh, even as he played along. He knew that Coral could be mischievous, but he never minded. It kept things light, and the love they shared had a playful, fun quality that made everything feel like an adventure—even when things didn’t go as planned. He raised an eyebrow at her acting, pretending to be shocked at her playful challenge. "Even if it was little, which it is not, I know how to work it." As she handed him Celeste, he couldn’t help but grin. Coral was right—he was being cheeky, but he couldn’t help it. And when she stuck her tongue out at him, he couldn’t resist teasing her right back. He held their daughter with a gentle smile, feeling his heart swell with pride and love. Leaning into him, Coral rested her head on his shoulder, and he kissed the top of her head softly. "We did a great job," he agreed, his voice full of affection. "She is perfect." The words felt true, and in that quiet moment, with Celeste nestled between them, Casey knew they had built something incredible together—something that was stronger than anything they'd faced before. "Perfect like her mommy."
they had been through so much together. things hadn’t been easy, but they were finally starting to see the light again—the light that came with celeste. they were going to be fine, and coral was glad. they were happy, even if it meant they didn’t always find time to love each other the way they used to. coral beamed as casey gently brushed a strand of hair behind her ear. “of course we will,” she nodded. “we just need to tame the beast first,” she joked, glancing at celeste in her little carrier, looking around as though she were trying to take everything in. it was true no one had prepared them for the long, sleepless nights, but coral was so happy this was their life. they were making memories she would cherish forever, even if she felt tired all the time. celeste was worth it. and she had come to love those quiet little moments with casey—sitting on the couch, exhausted, just smiling at each other. maybe they’d try to watch a show or a movie and fail because they were too tired after a long day. “i feel like we’re more half-asleep than awake these days,” she joked with a smile. “yeah, she’s the perfect baby,” coral nodded. “i wouldn’t change a thing either. this is just perfect,” she promised, her voice soft and sincere. “i’m a very effective teaser,” she teased, shaking her head with a smile tugging at the corners of her lips. “i know what i’m doing, but, in my defense, i wasn’t planning for that to happen at the park,” she added with a playful smirk. “i just wanted a calm and relaxing walk through the park,” she joked, winking at him, amused by the whole situation. “i’m sorry,” she said softly, though she couldn’t help laughing. she was trying to keep it together, but, honestly, the situation amused her way too much. when she heard his words, she could tell where he was going. at his playful challenge, coral raised her eyebrows. “do we now? i think this is news to me,” she teased, pretending to look shocked. she laughed at her own terrible acting before standing up to pick celeste up. she handed the baby to casey. “hold her,” she said, grinning. “i think you’re being way too cheeky, and maybe she’ll make you stop.” she stuck her tongue out at him, knowing full well the baby wasn’t going to stop casey from teasing her. it was impossible. and she loved it far too much. coral leaned into his side, resting her head on his shoulder. “i wouldn’t trade these moments for anything in the world,” she said softly. “we did a great job with her, didn’t we?”
